Front desk staff was terrible at the North Charleston location. The first girl didn't speak English, the next one told me my hair was too short for a hair follicle sample (I'm a guy and my hair is around 2.5 inches long). She basically said you needed hair at least 6 inches long. They also will only take hair from the top of your head. Don't waste your time here. Head over to AnyLabTestNow which is maybe 5 or 10 minutes away. I was able to walk in there and get everything done that I needed without any hassle.

I get blood drawn a lot and I always have a great experience here -the staff is so friendly! I had a large amount drawn today and the sweet technician did all she could to distract me with questions so I wouldn't pass out. I don't expect much from labs like this, so I'm always surprised by having consistently good experiences.

I bought a blood test online a day before went there.Was everything perfectly smooth.Had a great experience thereArrived at 8:05am, no lane, made the checkin at the ipad there and promptly called by yhe nurse to get my blood. Everything done really good.Getting back the when need another blood test.

I accompanied my husband here and that lady Yanelkis Veras was so unprofessional and vulgar.. she speak to my husband like he was a "NOBODY".She never had a pleasant face from we walked in. When she take him around the back to do the drugs test everyone in the waiting area could here what she saying to him because of how loud she speaks.. What happen to people privacy at this place?

I would give a zero if I could I sat in the car after registering like Email said from 1045 to after 12 o'clock went in to check nobody at front desk went back to my car after registering inside for the second time still no calls just the worst service you could imagine your computer system does not work with telling you you can wait in your car and you'll get sent an email when it's your turn does not work why bother to do it that way if no one's going to notify you that it's your turn just the worst.

To be told I have to get 1 or 2 whole dreadlocks cut off from the top of my head is a bit extreme. So basically walk around with a bald patch in the top of my head? I have big parts so cutting even 1 lock off would be noticeable, but 2 come on now. I offered to take from the back where it wasn’t noticeable yet that wasn’t good enough, instead I get a nasty attitude from Margaret or whoever the older lady is that’s testing. This cannot be the only way!!!!!
