We were very impressed by our salesperson Thomas. He went out of the way to please and spent time to make sure we were happy with our selection and let us know what to expect along the way. The store was clean and well arranged. We were happy with our experience and hopefully delivery tomorrow will go as well.

I hate lazaboy with a passion. They do not care about the warranty and they don't care about fixing issues. They try to find a loophole to not fix the problem you have. I wish I had never heard of this store and I will never ever go to this store .

bought a sectional from Lazy Boy and it was the worst experience I ever had. The sectional was poor quality. It looked like something from a discount store. I contacted the store and Lazy Boy. They sent out a technician and he could not make it look right. When the sofa was delivered it had 3 different color legs on it along with other defects. For what I paid for it I would expect better quality and service. Store level and Lazy Boy were no help

Love La-Z-Boy style and quality. This is the third chair purchased since November. Had a bit of an odd experience with this past purchase. The chair was purchased, we were picking up ourselves, and were told it would take a few days to arrive at the store. When we arrived to pick up the chair, the salesperson who sold it to us said to take the floor model. My wife said that we were told that we had to wait for the new chair to arrive and we wanted the new chair. The salesperson apologized for the confusion and had the new chair brought out from the back. They had planned to give us the floor model and replace the floor model with the new chair. For some reason, this seemed a bit sneaky and underhanded. Sort of a bait and switch. They gave us the new chair without any problems.

I went into the store looking to trade in my trusty 42 year old La-Z-Boy recliner which is still in great shape. I was amazed at the variety and quality of the selection of furniture beyond recliners.
The salesperson was knowledgeable and guided me through a variety of chairs and options until I found one that fit like a glove. The interior designer was also quite helpful in selecting fabric options. I also found two beautiful bar stools as well. It was a positive shopping experience.

My rating is two-fold. My initial experience with a salesman, Paul, was very poor. He sent me a quote and when I tried to place the order (about $9000) he never responded via email or phone. I even called and left a message for the manager, Greg, to call me but he never did. However, then I called the store and asked for the number to their corporate office and explained why, Peggy said she would be more than glad to assist me. Once I connected with Peggy everything ran very smooth. She was terrific.

What a horrible experience! Purchasing our sofa, from our salesman Scott, in the store was pleasant and easy. It's everything that came afterward that's a horror.First, our sectional was made incorrectly and the parts to connect the sections together were wrong so they couldn't be attached. New parts had to be ordered and shipped. Next technician comes and mentioned that one power reclining section must have been dropped at some point because the support bars are bent and peeling, which was causing another issue. More parts ordered and another tech comes. Wrong parts were ordered so the sofa still isn't fixed. More parts order, again, and another tech comes. Wrong parts ordered so the sofa still isn't fixed. (No...I didn't accidentally type the sentence twice.) And here we are, 4 months post-delivery, 4 service calls, and the sofa still isn't fixed. More parts were ordered and now we're still waiting for a brand new sofa to be fixed.Weeks ago, Scott was supposed to escalate this to his leadership board, and the store GM, but we never heard from anyone again, including Scott.We are done with La-z-Boy.
