Went in tonight about 30 mins to close. Greeted and said we would be out fast just wanted to look at a few things. While my friend was looking at something, I went to the counter and asked if by chance they would be bringing back the Elmer Christmas light up picture this year. The amazing lady (Candice) said I might have him in the back. She comes out with Elmer and I was in awe. Been looking for him for over a year now!!! Thank you Candice for being an amazing hospitality person!! You made my bad day so much better!!!

Visited recently and had Amanda and Hannah help me. Both were extremely helpful and courteous, all while dealing with the most difficult customer I have ever seen. They went above and beyond for her, all while being attentive to other shoppers. I love this store and will become a regular!

Had a terrible experience with Amanda, one of managers at the North Charleston SC location. She was rude, obnoxious, and extremely unprofessional. Amanda, if you're reading this...bless your heart. You have no management people communication skills. You have so much to learn. Gave it 2 stars because the store is beautiful. Because of the ugly experience I had with this manager I won't be returning.

I went to pick up an online order and then to use my coupons before they expire. Allie was very helpful and professional with me. I was not happy with the condition of the basket I had ordered online and she told me there was another one in the store and it was on much better condition. I switched them out and am happier with the replacement basket.
