Website says they close at 4pm but when you call the 800 number they said they close at 3. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS??!?’ ?♀️ What is your direct number there??

I waited a whole week for my part to come in , and everytime I called them they hung up on me , then when I went in to get my money back I was told that it was going to be on my card 3 days later it’s still not on my card and they won’t answer the phone

Stood in the office for 15 minutes before anyone realized I was even there! I called to get a price on a radiator a week before and they told me one price but when I got there to pay for it the price tripled! Customer service is terrible!!!

THE WORST. THEY DONT ANSWER PHONE, THEY DONT DELIVER PARTS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ORDERED. THEY CANT EVEN FIGURE OUT WHO YOU ARE EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE CALLED THEM 50 TIMES. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, CALL PARKS THEY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. ANY BODY BUT KEYSTONE

I was painting a tractor for the first time in my life. I had no clue what I was doing. They hooked me up with Delfleet Essentials. Easy to mix and single stage. Turned out very nice. The lady with super curly hair helped me. She was very patient and very nice. Thanks y'all!
