I ended up not buying a new car at no fault of Jones Ford, but I do want to acknowledge how wonderful Joe Thomas was to work with (harass all weekend)! He was so patient with me and didn’t pressure me at all. I highly recommend him and this dealership!

After struggling for 3 years with many recalls on my Ford and getting the run around from Palmetto Ford, I called Jones Ford and Jeff answered. I explained what I had been experiencing and with no hesitation he told me to bring my car in. Great customer service. Will definitely switch over!
