The staff could be more attentive and hands on. Your just standing there waiting on someone to assist you. Then you finally get enough of waiting and walk up to someone to assist you.

Waited outside for the store to open. Watched employees eat and play on their phones. Come in late and yell for the customers to go away.Finally opened at 11:30 am and one of the employees was very rude.

Been waiting in front of the store for 30 minutes now and it is 11:20 and they are still not open. Asked a lady that was in there and she said they are waiting for their associates, although there are two of them in there already

This was my first visit to this store and I was impressed with the selection of sneakers/athletic shoes. I am generally a Nike girl but the variety of colors offered by Adidas definitely caught my eye, unfortunately they were only available in men's (smallest size 8) which was still too big for me. Keep in mind this store sells Men's, Women's, Juvenile and toddler shoes. They had a decent selection of women's shoes but many were out of stock unfortunately. I noticed jeans, jersey's and casual shirts available for men, the clothing had an urban edge. The sales people greeted me promptly and answered all of my questions patiently. Definitely check them out they had some really good deals.

The employees are rude and weird like you work in the mall lol girl bye no customer service skills just weird and confrontational ?. Why work at a store if you're going to be rude and disgusting?

I been trying to call the store Since I tried to wear the shoe I was traveling and went to the mall to buy a pair of shoes on 07/23 and when I gets back to Florida I have only one shoe in the box I called several times we only have 1 store in the city of Jacksonville what I'm to do I guess I lost my $40 call corporate there was nothing they could do.

Scam switching sizes without telling you... this experience happened twice in 1 year.The Policy of not reimburse money when you paid with credit card is another Scam.

Of all the employees gathered in there huddled together talking only one was helpful. Not only did the guy that was helping me seem like he didn’t want to help when he did get my shoes he got me the wrong ones. Even with the color code being called out to him from another employee and even with my physically telling him the color. He never showed me the shoes and I didn’t think to ask to see them so that’s my fault. The girl at the register never greeted me, never showed me my shoes, never opened them to make sure they were the correct size. I purchased two pair(a diff shoe) thankfully they got that one right. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Will return these shoes to a different store but won’t be repurchasing. Will never return to that Jimmy Jazz or any other one for that matter.

This is a nice store with great displays and product, but despite that it has some of the rudest most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Not to mention you can't tell who the employees even are since they wear tops over the jimmy jazz shirts that cover the logo. I watched a man ask a woman behind the counter if she was working, mind you she is standing beside a register on her phone, she does not even acknowledge him in any way and keeps scrolling on her phone until the man goes to the next register. Horrible employees that are ruining a possibly great business. I did make a purchase for my son but I won't be back.

Definitely do not recommend this company for any kind of jeans are things you don't know will fit perfect. They have no changing room to try anything on! I was going to buy the 5 pairs of pants and try them on at home but was told there are no refunds only I store credit on returns that's even with your receipt! Bad move! I asked the girls working how many people walk out when they can try things on they said a lot. I did buy a hoodie because I new that would fit me. Sorry jimmy jazz get changing rooms and fix your return policy because I won't be back till you do. I'm not the only one!
