The police department that has jurisdiction over the community in which I live has admonished me to have vehicles towed for the situation that I’m about to describe.I called this towing company because someone was parked DIRECTLY in front of my driveway preventing my access. After I explained the ENTIRE situation, he asked me if the car was parked on the street. Of course it was parked on the street, directly in front of my driveway. Not sure what part of the information I conveyed was incomprehensible to him. Needless to say, I chose not to move forward with hiring this company to do the job and my recommendation is the same.

SCAM business. Terrible is a compliment for this clown LLC. Towed twice for parking in my own apartment complex. First time, on me. Second time with parking pass showing, scam business. Didn’t think my tow came with scratches and my car 10x dirtier than it was originally. Let’s see if they delete this so they keep that ‘4.5 satisfied customer’ report.

Made the mistake of calling this company before reading reviews. Not reliable at all. Spoke with them the first time at 1pm. They agrees to pick up my vehicle in "3 hours". I agreed and began waiting. 5 hrs later and still no tow so I called them. Dispatcher said "guys is on the way...one drop before". 3 hrs later.still no tow. This went on till 11pm. Called them again and the guy blatantly lied and said truck driver had been trying to call me. He then said....almost 12 hours later, that because my car was awd it needed a dolly....that would cost more. I asked why we were asking this so late in the process. He said they could be out at 9:30 next morning. I told them they would not be getting any of my money considering the level of incompetence I had experienced with them so far.I have quite a number of business acquaintances I'll make sure how worthless these guys must be with the negative reviews I've read.

Great experience with JG Towing! The insurance company was giving us hell over paying for the tow and Jemel the dispatcher was so understanding and supportive of us when we were trying to get our car back. Good guy!!Service: Car towing

JG towing is a great company. I got stuck leaving a parking garage in Downtown Charleston. Allen arrived way faster then expected and towed my car back home. He was very kind and helpful! Definitely would recommend this towing company.

They have wrongfully towed my mother’s car this week without any notice to the apartment. They took her car either in the middle of the night or in the early hours of the morning. There was no sticker on her window prior to being towed. I’m sure of it as I had to take the dogs out at around 4pm that afternoon.They’ve once taken my own car RIGHT AFTER a hurricane without my knowledge. I know for sure there was no sticker on my car because I had to grab something out of it the night prior to when it was STOLEN. They are clearly running an extortion ring of some sort. They are thieves and I do hope the owner gets arrested for this shady business.

First JG towing is excellent jemel the dispatch very professional and helpful also he was very understanding and patient with everything going on with my tow experience. Jr another awesome person took his time to explain everything to me and was very professional that's why I rated the way I did......now on the other hand Devin was very unprofessional and I feel as though he doesn't like his job much. He had a job to do and that was to tow my car which he refused once he got there said his truck couldn't tow my car and I had to call dispatch and request a flatbed truck... Jr had the exact same truck and came in and got the job done no questions asked . Devin needs more training in customer service he was very rude

This is the place to call for towing! JG has been a breath of relief! 3rd time our family has had to call them and they have never disappointed! Everyone is courteous, patient and most dependable! The owner (whose name I think I remember was Tony) is a total sleaze bag. They practice predatory towing. Towed me because I took too long in the gas station bathroom and tried to charge me $200 for the privilege of getting my car back. Might be fine for towing a broken down car but I’d never patronize the shady company.Service: Car towing

KIND: On the phone (sorry I forgot the name) was super nice, hilarious, informative, step by step; made the process easy & made me feel better about getting my own car stuck in a ditch ????At the site, the tower was also very nice and helpful.FAST: JG was there in 30 mins after the phone call, maybe less. (& they had a scheduling option for urgent! Which might have been even faster!) they were done in less than 30 mins too!AWESOME: I’m glad I found them the other day. Insurance company dispatched this company to tow my motorcycle. Estimated wait time 90 minutes. Called them after 90 minutes and the guy in the phone said “call your insurance provider and they should notify you”. Another 20 minutes w the insurance company to call the tow company back justto find out they said they aren’t coming for it.
