My daughter and I love shopping at J Crew. The mimi me selection is by far the best. The staff always make us feel welcome, especially the manager, Victoria. My daughter looks.forward to chatting it up and playing with her. This little act of kindness allows me to shop Distraction free for a few minutes. Plus the discount for healthcare workers is such an awesome gesture. Thanks Happy mommy!

I ordered a lot of Jcrew online and seldom ever go into the store... I'm not sure if it's just me, but EVERY JCrew store I go into the customer service experience is horrible... nonexistent
