This hotel was nasty unmanaged not kept clean nothing worked . The stove the shower the fridge the microwave nothing worked To make matters worse they switched my room and it was infested with roaches and everything literally the roaches ran me out of the room I could not sleep there I actually left the hotel 2 days after check in it . I would have left sooner but there was no management for me to get my money back

I have enjoyed my stay here very much. I appreciate the staff and all their hard work.Rooms: My room was clean when I moved into here, but my door was not closing right. I reported it and they fixed it the next dayNearby activities: The Northwoods movie theater is within walking distance. Buses nearby.Safety: Since the new GM took over things are much better than when I first moved in here. I feel much safer.Food & drinks: The Northwoods Mall is within walking distance. Great Restaurants like Olive Garden, Wild wings, Chick-fil-A.Noteworthy details: The GM is courteous and very helpful. I appreciate all the changes he has made, including the safety checks.

This accommodation I stayed at was the worst, with disrespectful management, particularly the white guy who was discourteous and displayed racist behavior. There were no housekeeping services, and guests were expected to clean the facilities themselves. The toilets were frequently clogged, and the presence of roaches and bedbugs was rampant. The overall condition was subpar, making it a waste of money. I advise against being misled by the appealing online photos, as the reality upon arrival was starkly different. The microwave was rusty, the sink water was discolored, and an unpleasant odor permeated the premises.zero rating

Tub needs upgrades. We did spray for insects. Cabinets need to be sprayed and the sink cabinet needs to be ripped from the walls and replaced. Dear God. For all you believers out here going from place to place, wondering aimlessly in faith, please keep going. It's not what it looks like. We are in a season of less is more. It's as if we are being tried and tested. Please make the best out of All situations. Buy bleach, every cleaning supply you can afford and make it liveable. I appreciate every one who's following our journey. Faith without works is dead, for It's the unseen in which I look to. Sounds like a farce, but it truly is a testament that when it looks to be no way out, God, Abba Father takes care of his children. I see moment to moment that The divine has his children as a light in all dark places. Thank you again for reading this post. Remember, it's only temporary- you'll be surprised at what you can live without!! Michael at the front desk is kind and understanding. Janise is a sweetheart too.Rooms: Nothing to brag about. The TV is the best asset. ?? oh and there is a ledge for my plants too. Only problem is you can't have anything in the windows.

Update: 1/9/2024 - should you have room key issues when office is closed, there is an after hours number on the sign under the office phone number. It is smaller print and blends with color of sign.I would suggest informing new guest on what to do for after hours issues upon their check-in.Update: 1/10/2024 - Orkin came to the room to spray pest control. They spray every Wed.I booked the room for the month due to work. The room is average, no issues with bugs, laundry room was clean and working.The location is pretty good. Able to walk to the mall or other places fairly easily.

SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE IMMEDIATELY!! The General manager committed theft and stole out of a package from a friend of Mine. My friend called the GM to let him know that I would be coming to pick up the package for him from the office because he was still at work, and wouldn’t make it home in time to pick up the package before the office closed. I then proceeded to go down stairs to get said package from GM and him knowing he wrongly switched my friends brand new package out with something old and used of his , still proceeded to give me the package and let me leave with it with no intent on telling the truth. If there was no proof of him in the act It could’ve turned out really bad for me for a crime I did not commit and I’m and HIGHLY UPSET. Please SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE.I went to the general managers higher up and she was SO RUDE AND IRATE and dismissed my issue and told me it was nothing that could be done for me or about being framed for a federal offense. DO NOT COME HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

THE ROOM WE WAS IN CLEAN AND SERVICES WAS GOOD. THE PRICE OF THE ROOM A NIGHT OR WEEK IS DECENT PRICE OF THE ROOM AND HOTEL.
