I’m not a big review guy but I felt my experience with Jeanne was one that deserved being shared. I brought her an absolute mess of W2s and 1099s from 2 states. I was so frustrated with trying to do them online myself, I finally gave in. I got in a late appointment short notice, same day 3 weeks from tax deadline and was treated with respect and never judged. I messed them up so bad online, that I would have had to pay almost 12,000 in taxes. Jeannie saved me quite literally a TON of money on FIT, and even got me a return on SIT in both states. The price is reasonable, I was treated with the most respect and most importantly my mind was put at ease knowing I have my taxes done rights. I was so happy and thankful I didn’t know how to repay her so I asked if I could give her a hug at the end, which is out of character for me. Well worth the trip.

The tax prepare who prepared the taxes was great but they had no one to greet customers coming in for services and so everyone had to sit and wait on this one person for everything. I would strongly suggest that they hire a Customer Service staff person to handle all walk ins even those with appointments. When you open the door for business that means your prepared.
