Waited 30min after appointment time so we left to return expecting to have everything done and only sign paperwork. We arrived at our 2nd appointment only to be told we'd have to wait 20-30min. When we were finally seen none of our paperwork was actually done or even entered. I will never use this location again.

SOOOOO I did tax drop off 2 days ago... Why am I sitting her while new lady is being trained doing my taxes... how many time do I have to switch HR blocks....ugh....I might as well do it myself next time...ridiculous ?

The location was close to home. I have been using Pinnacle 1 for many years. So I called H&R just to inquire. A pleasant young lady answered the phone. Her name is KIA, (spelling could be wrong). I could tell she was busy but she made me feel important. I felt comfortable and decided to make an appointment. I downloaded my forms via text, very easy and convenient ! Went in next day at my 1 pm time. Was kindly greeted. Sat down and was called back within minutes. Sue introduced herself, very pleasant also ! Quick review and down to business. I was able to follow what she was doing via a screen in front of me ! Everything was clear and she made me feel confident in my decision. Everything I needed to know was explained clearly. Sue set me up for next year. I know what I need to do this year and feel good about it. You've earned my business...Thank you ! Mark
