recently left the shop after paying $300 to have a color correction and a cut. The cuts atrocious not blended Not angled properly. first the highlights were too bright, and when I asked for a few lowlight, I got way too many . I said, I suppose she knew what she was doing because I knew I got her mad . I paid left the shop crying. Today I reached out to Erica. She told me to find another hairstylist. after five years now I don't have the money to see another hairstylist two months. so I reckon will not attend the wedding not my colleagues retirement party

Amber is great. Careful detailed and friendly. Found Hot heads Hair on Yelp. I'm glad I did. In downtown North Charleston it's steps away from the very cool Paddock and whiskey. Their happy hour is killer.

I just recently moved to the area and needed someone I could trust on my hair. I gave Amber a very drastic haircut and she took the challenge. It turned out amazing, just what I had hoped! She is very wise and I gave her the control and she didn't disappoint. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Sallie is the best! She has cut,colored,and styled my hair for all major life events. My grandma has gone to her for 20+ yrs and she now cuts my 4 yr old's hair. Great customer service. Makes you feel like family and awesome prices! We love Hot Heads and Ms. Sallie!!

Awesome! The shop is small and intimate, but tastefully decorated. Parking is easy, since old NChas has parking spaces and a surface lot. But, the best part....the stylists! Amber, Sally and Erica are top notch! My stylist is "the bomb"! My hair has never looked so good! Great cut and color. Prices are reasonable for the expertise received. Love them!!!
