These guys rock! I had an issue with my 2020 accord with rear swaying a little but when I’d hit certain bumps in the road and not even 30min later they already found the issue and they also sent me a digital copy and gave me a physical copy of maintenance needing to be done on it! Way better and more efficient than the automaxx so called “technicians”.

Jermell and the staff at Honda Medics of Charleston were great to work with. From a timely estimate of the work to the communication to get the work done it was a great experience. We will use them for sure should future work need to be done on our car.

First, a little background...
My wife Lois (72) and I (77) are fostering a 15 (16 on 11/13/24) year old niece of a former employee of mine. Without going into detail, this young lady has not had a very good life.
We're 100% committed to changing her life for the better. Delaney has been with us since January of 2024. With support, guidance and encouragement provided by us and our daughter Kaitlyn and her fiance Will, she's now enrolled in JICHS and is a flourishing A- honors student. She has a part-time job at Jimmy John's, pet sits and walks neighborhood dogs.
She just got her SC DL. With the money she's earned, she recently purchased the 2001 Honda CRV with 103k miles Will found for her in Savannah, GA. This vehicle was owned by a couple of college professors who took very good care of it. In looking over the CarFax, Will (a "car guy") did notice that the critical 100k service had not been performed.
We made a number of calls to arrange a service appointment, includinga call to Honda of Charleston, on Savannah Highway, where this CRV was purchased 23+ years ago. All the quotes were very similar. However, after speaking with the folks at Honda Medics, we decided to go with them.
It turned out to be a great decision. Prior to servicing the vehicle, the folks at Honda Medics explained everything they would be doing, did exactly what they said they would do and explained, in detail, what might need to be done, at some point, down the road.
They are caring and honest and have earned our trust and respect. I highly recommend Honda Medics. My only regret is that there is no option for additional stars.
