A complete Rip Off. My wife and i paid for a bedroom set with side tables over 3 month period from the Rivers Avenue , N. Charleston location. This was in 2021. We were given a myriad of excuses initially : "Logistic challenges due to COVID 19, shipments delayed, trucking delays"We are yet to receive even ONE piece of furniture. Our calls are ignored. We contacted the Head Office we are being given the run around.Home Decor is simply THE WORST ! I will say this at times when you see some companies fail and their employees out of work and destitute it's the Universe's way of balancing things out ( KARMA). My family was robbed of our honest, hard earned money and justice will be served somewhere somehow.

Purchased a bedset from Home Decor Outlets and NEVER received it. I have been dealing with them for several years. I felt like Mr. Bill was family, that’s how much shopping I did with them. However, sad to say I was reading to previous reviews and I fall into the same category. I don’t have my bedset and out of some big money. I have attempted to contact corporate several times and no answer, line busy, etc. I rode to their Columbia Store and it’s sad what the employees in there tells you about the Charleston Store and while it shut down. I am too hurt because Home Decor was the Go To Store for all your home furniture needs, NOW I Need a refund or it would be nice for someone to contact the customers who paid for items that was NEVER received! Hopefully, us customers can get some resolution. Thanks in advance.

Poor customer service, they are never opened and the building is now saying it is permanently closed.. hmmm go figure!!! I would never shop here or recommend this place!!!

My advice to ANYONE is to avoid doing business with Home Decor. This is the most corrupt, unethical company i have ever done business with. We bought a bedroom set from the branch in North Charleston, South Carolina. We were told repeatedly that due to Logistic delays , COVID etc our furniture was delayed. this has been 2 years we are yet to receive our furniture or a refund. Their Finance company ACIMA is just as crooked.

I've been waiting on my furniture seek March of 2021 I understand about COVID several months later the trucks were stuck, 2 months after that I was told I will have my things before the holidays well Thanksgiving, Christmas came and left, so still didn't hear anything about the furniture. New Years 2022 still don't have my furniture. I went by the store still nothing in. I don't have my furniture Home Decor is now temporarily closed. They have my money and I have nothing.

Was purchasing a bedroom set through their layaway plan, finally paid it off and I was told they had a new shipping company sooo it would be a few weeks before they came in. I called & was told that my headboard was in store but my dressers hadn’t arrived yet, once they arrived I would get a call, a month goes by I call by , and I was told this time that they only had a shipment available for their Showroom. Fast forward to another month, I’m calling, calling, calling the phone is disconnected, decided to drive up there, to my surprise they had managers there from Columbia store telling “oh their shutting down this store” so I in return asked well what about the customers who didn’t receive their items or refund, to which the reply was your gonna have to call cooperate, in which they don’t answer the phone or mail box is full, this is very un-business like, this was go to furniture store, but after this little stunt of closing their store quietly I will not ever buy from here again or refer any future customers. At this point I just want my refund, hopefully the BBB will get the results I’m looking for.

My mother pre-ordered a dresser in 2020. It was a design that was scheduled for release the following month. Due to Covid there were delays out in place-which is fully understandable.What is unacceptable is that they gave my mother the run-around. They told her “no refunds”, but every time she asked when her dresser would be shipped they would tell her “four weeks”.Months went by and the dresser went up for sale on the website, still no information given to her about it. Finally, she started demanding her money back. Now the red tape begins. First they try to charge her a re-stock fee for a product she never received. Then she had to fill out a refund request form. She did that. And ever since she’s been told, “four weeks to be refunded.”. No refund has been given to her. They also tell her because she paid with a debit card they cannot process a refund.She has tried calling corporate-nobody picks up and the voicemail box is full. We took her into the store and they STILL won’t refund her.She will be contacting the BBB and I will be helping her get a lawyer involved. This is no way to take care of your customers.I do NOT recommend anyone buy from this company. And I will make sure nobody I know will purchase from this company.

I paid for a sofa loveseat & ottoman May 2 2021 . After waiting about 5 months the ottoman finally came in 2 months it was already coming apart . After waiting another 2 months for the sofa & love seat that never came I requested a refund. The refund request form indicates 30 business days ,its been 3 more months and I still don't have my refund.

I purchased my daughter a bed frame, mattress set and dresser and mirror at the end of May and no one can tell me when it will be delivered. My daughter has gone months without a bed. I know COVID has things backed up but I’m all paid up and I really want my daughter bedroom set. I will not be a returning customer.
