Been getting my taxes done here for the last 3 years. Freddie Hicks is such a great accountant. Reasonably priced as well. Skip H&R Block, or any of those other big name tax service companies.

I'd give them negative stars if I could. We worked with Neil to file 2015, and after a good experience decided to go back for 2016. BIG MISTAKE. The first red flag should have been that it took them 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment to actually help us. The IRS says that we need to contact our tax preparer, but we've been calling our tax preparer and leaving messages for the past month and have yet to get a call back. We've even tried to drop by their office, but no one was there on a Friday afternoon. I know they're getting our voicemails - my husband and I called multiple times one day and left many messages. The next day their mailbox was full and would not accept any more messages, then on the third day their mailbox was empty and receiving messages again. These people are all for taking your money, but when you really need their help they're nowhere to be found. Don't waste your time here, take your taxes to H&R Block or somewhere else reputable.
