Recently contacted my bank about receiving a double courtesy fee charge as a result of a previously cancelled subscription being charged to my account. I was not given a concrete answer on how to solve the issue when I contacted the help line number i was provided with. Additionally, I was given the run around and told to visit the branch in person to dispute the charge after several times mentioning that I am currently out of state for school and will not be home for two more weeks. As an alternative solution, I was instructed to contact the branch directly for more assistance to which I requested the number and was informed that they could not provide me with numbers to any of the branches. I would love if someone could provide me with actual answers regarding how to have my $70 dollars returned to my account. Thanks.On a separate call I was told to dispute with the merchant which clearly anyone with a brain would attempt first if they wanted their money back. Safe to say this bank does not have your back.

I had to get a new debit card since my card was put on hold. I was contacted by customer service about some fraudulent attempts.I went to our local bank and Kathy was very friendly & quick to process a new card for me. She also took some time to inform me about some savings potentials with my current accounts. I truly appreciate your expertise & patience to help me today, thanks Kathy!

I was first customer of the day. Everyone took the time to greet me and acknowledge my presence. Efficient service with a group of young professionals. I live over 2 hours away and only get to use in person services infrequently; however, my phone and online experiences have been excellent. Have driven over to Hamlet NC too where I was offered a cup of coffee. Great folks throughout the network.Thank you Dorchester team! Keep up the good work!

Always something wrong, last few visits they were unable to even do a deposit with a money order , could accept one but not the other one. They never have a good explanation.

Always some kind of issue, mistake, or problem. Most recent issue with Rev- they put my My husband's entire paycheck into somebody else's account, the day before Thanksgiving. Took almost a week for us to get our money back after making several phone calls and fighting with them. When they finally did give us our money back we got no notice that it had been done- not that I expected an apology for the holiday that was ruined, but then they still put it into the wrong one of our accounts. We've had enough, we are now researching other credit unions to move all our accounts to.

REV was originally Heritage Trust and I became a member over 20 years ago. When I went to purchase my first car, after grad school, they offered me the best loan. I've stayed with them because they are small and they treat their members right. I've gone I for one reason or another and their customer service is always on point. They are friendly, eager to help, and don't try to push things on you that you don't need.

Unbelievable, The member of this credit union bought his grandson my car..You guys refuse to release the funds to my account. Costing me being out of work $200 a day. I have 4 kids. So not cool.
