Driver of a white truck plated as P836067 was weaving and out of traffic around 2pm Jan 17, releasing plastic bags and other unsecured debris from the bed and illegally passing a construction vehicle moving slower in the right lane by swerving on and of and exit ramp around him moments after cutting me off and nearly causing multiple accidents all within 0.2 miles of septima Clark merging onto 26. He was not on the highway yet and was recklessly endangering people while polluting our waterways with more plastic. Is there a plan set in place for your company to offset this pollution and endangerment?
