Such a positive experience with this company when my car battery died while I was at work. They arrived on time, quickly loaded my car, dealt with frustrating Charleston traffic, but still were incredibly professional and helpful. We would call them again!!

This guy left me high and dry (didn’t finish my towing need). I’ve been having the frustration of my life with this car and this guy didn’t have grace for my frustration and walked, left my car 2miles away from where I needed it

I booked a vehicle shipment through Uship and Hawk Services was incredibly helpful in keeping my vehicle safe. They stayed in communication with me through two different shipping companies, while one of the companies tried to scam me out of money. Thank you guys for keeping my vehicle safe and being so helpful along the way!!

Whoever answers the phones is rude and speaks too quickly. Also doesn't schedule ahead for towing, it is just first come first serve when you call that day.

Barbara was so kind and helpful. I was so lost and she walked me through the entire process and was there for me all day. They took excellent care of my truck and made the checkout process easy as can be. I will call them for all my towing needs.

I went to the place to pick up items from my car, that was well damaged. Total destruction of that beloved small Japanese. I met DJ a great guy, very simpathetic. We got a nice conversation about life in a trashy looking yard. Is not a kind of business, that people commonly visit. Anyway, I drop this review, cause I felt like I knew this cool DJ.

While coming to pick up my car, the owner of the company, Mr. Ferrara turned around in my neighbors driveway and yard past the sidewalk, leaving tire imprints in his yard. Mr. Ferrara was rude to my neighbor when he pointed out that he had drove on his yard. This has left a lot of tension between myself and my neighbor. Would not ue Hawk Services again.
