The manager in there the day after Thanksgiving was awesome!! Sorry didn't remember her name. But she had dark colored hair. Folks are mis sizing us and she will get you right!See her and let only her, and I mean only her size you for a Bra, the lady knows her stuff, she was so helpful to all three of us. I mean OUTSTANDING!! We left so happy and talk about it all day. The Ta Ta's are so happy

I had been procrastinating buying new bras for a long time. I went in and was immediately greeted by Pam. I went back to the dressing room because I need to be measured and Pam took my measurements and helped me select the bras that I needed. I felt very awkward, but she was so professional and knowledgeable that she put me at ease. The prices were great too! It just happened that I was able to get 40% off each of the bras I purchased. I will definitely be going back there and I highly recommend this store. I can't say enough positive things about how truly helpful Pam was to me.

If you are looking for the utmost in customer care and a shopping experience like no other? Then Hanes at Tanger Outlet is the place for you. And Ms. Tiffany is the young lady you want. As she comes onto the floor her infectious smile precceds her and you just know you are going to be very well taken care of. Tiffany is somewhat of a miracle in this day and age. Tiffany at Hane's Tanger Outlet is Everything you want in a sales associate (if that's what they're even called these days???), Tiffany most importantly LISTENS to you! Tiffany is courteous, professional, friendly, knowledgeable beyond belief on All of her products and then some, she is Not pushy, and on top of all these qualities, Tiffany makes you feel like you are the Only person in the store and and the most important, no matter how many people are there. I'm telling Tiffany is a little miracle sent to us here in Charleston from Myrtle Beach. So let's give her the Low Country welcome she deserves and maybe, just maybe, we'll be lucky enough to hang onto this "GEM" of a young lady and enjoy shopping at Hane's at Tanger Outlet the way shopping is meant to be. I seriously want a Tiffany at my grocery store, gas station, Dr.'s office, just everywhere. And YES she's that good. I hope you take the time to visit Hane's at Tanger Outlet so that you too may enjoy the Pleasure of shopping as it should be, not another dreaded trip to the store. You will be so glad you did. Hane's you're a Very lucky company to have such an incredible employee such as Tiffany. Hang onto her please. Nice, clean store with a great deal of inventory. Went in for the first time just ahead of Memorial Day Weekend because I needed to pick up some essentials for the family. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and availability of various products, and incredibly pleased with the customer service. Tiffany, whom I presume is the manager - and was the only one on duty - was simultaneously juggling a work conference call while offering me guidance along the way. Her courteousness really stood out, as well as her product knowledge and salesmanship (not pushy at all; instead, she knew where everything was and was genuinely happy to help). Retail employees get a bad rap, sometimes deservedly so, but Tiffany defied the stereotypes and, as a result, I'll make Hanes Outlet my first choice for our family's needs.
