Husband and I went stayed just one night for a little get away. I am not the biggest fan of hotels. I'd much rather stay in an AirBNB. However this hotel was nice, clean, friendly, and so we're other guest we seen in passing. Alot of times hotels reek of marijuana and very loud guest. There was a young softball traveling team there and it was still pleasant. We never heard guest running the halls or being loud. We would definitely stay here again. They also had great choices available for breakfast.

Location was great. Less than 20 minutes away from downtown Charleston. Many food options in the surrounding area. Employees work hard and are wonderful! Hotel was very clean. The warm breakfast in the morning had great variety. Loved it being dog friendly.

Nice location 10 minutes to the airport clean rooms. Nice complimentary, breakfast. Friendly staff recommended for all.

The room was clean and the customer service was almost excellent as everyone was super nice and polite. My only issue is that we booked this hotel hoping to take advantage of the pool as we had a kid. Upon arrival we noticed that the pool was closed even though I was sure that I checked it before booking and it was open. When got to our room the tv was not working, which was not a big issue but again we had a kid and would have preferred it. We called the front desk and immediately they came and fixed it with no hesitation and it turned out that it just needed to be reset. The next morning before check out, we were showering our baby and the lights went off. It was incredibly difficult to wash a slippery baby in the dark, scary, and quite frankly unsafe. After finishing we checked the whole room and it turned out that the power was off. It was hard to get ready in a pitch black bathroom. But we brushed it off and assumed that it was a freak accident. When we went to checkout we mentioned it to the people at the front desk and they then decided to let us know that building was under construction and they expected issues. I then asked why the pool was not open and they said the building was having electrical work done and therefore the pool was not open and wouldn’t be open for a while. After hearing this I assume the issue concerning the tv could have also been from the power but no one mentioned that they were having electrical work done when they came to our room to reset it. They apologized for the inconvenience but that didn’t mean anything after we were already checking out. Right after, another concerned party approached and said that the lights had went off during a shower and that it scared them. When they expressed how frustrated they were, the front desk then stated that they had notified everyone beforehand about the construction and that the guest must have missed it. I felt it was wrong to put the blame back on the customer, because that’s poor customer service and especially since if the two of us were not notified I’m sure no one else was either. And if they had really tried, there were endless ways to contact the guests, such as a note on the door, phone call to the room, call to personal phone, texts, emails, and the front desk. It was sketchy that they lied to their customers and could not have put a disclaimer on their website, let people know when they checked in, or given a courtesy call to let everyone know that the pool and electricity we payed for would not be available.

I have stayed here a couple of times now, and I feel welcomed every time. The staff members are always so friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I always grab food from the free breakfast in the mornings. The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport and next to multiple restaurants. The shuttle is much appreciated as well.

We've stayed here a couple of times before while visiting family. We always had a great stay. The only thing that was a disappointment was the lack of daily housekeeping. We had a 3-night stay and has to get more towels the first night as a small sticker on the hotel mirror notates every other day service. Then, the day of service we left the room expecting it would be done by our 2:00 p.m. return, and it still wasn't replenished. It will not deter us from staying again, but for the nightly room rate, daily housekeeping should be offered. The hotel is beautiful and the people that provide service do a great job.

The room was very clean! The check-in staff was okay. The guy who checked me in had a terrible attitude. Outside of him, everything else was great! Breakfast was fantastic.
