Me and my husband went last week to this location let me tell you This store has a very big selection they had tons of outfits and toys and plenty of fun stuff you could try with a partner. Most of the staff was super nice I only have 1 issue one staff member made me feel a little uncomfortable I think her name was Lori or Loren but she asked if we needed any help we said no which is fine I get she has to ask and she's there to help if we have questions but the entire time we were looking she was right there she was right in front or behind us the whole time just watching us and it made me uncomfortable and felt almost judgy when someone is looking they don't need someone constantly following and watching every little thing they are looking at. If we needed help we would have asked and it wasn't like there was no one else in there for her to help bec there was just made me and my husband uncomfortable. She was the only staff member that did this the whole time till we walked up to the register.

Customer service is terrible. Won’t be coming back. Save you time and money and just order online. Store policies definitely need to be updated.

Zero stars their card machine she is claiming charges a 4%charge every time they run your card but she Couldn’t think of the name I find that very funny. They are lying about their prices stealing from people. Please just bring cash instead of your card. The lady had a very bad attitude after I told her I was calling my bank to dispute the charge because one amount turned into a whole other amount. & she refused to refund me.

I love this place and am very surprised at the amount of people that don't understand the "all sales final" policy. I mean, look at where you're shopping. All sales SHOULD be final. The staff here has always been super friendly, and their selection is simply unmatched. I will always go to them when I'm ready for more items. Love them!

Checking IDs is understandable I guess. But now they ask to take your purse/bag. I had a wristlet, flat, 7x4" with a significant amount of cash in it and they wanted to take it in order to be allowed to go in and shop. Weren't particularly nice about it either. I understand if I'd come in with a backpack or tote, but this was totally unreasonable. The merch is overpriced and there is never enough variety in shoes/sizes. I only come here if I'm in a pinch but otherwise try to avoid entirely. Will pretend this place doesn't exist going forward.

Everything here you can get on Amazon for 20-30$ cheaper. For reference, went in for the cute pasties. 22$ for 2 in one package. THE EXACT ONES as amazon. But Amazon is only 9.99$ for 10 of them. This place steals your money. Also would like to add their polices. I was on the phone, but no one said anything to me entire time till checkout. My husband was on other line as he can’t go out, he was waiting for me to be in and out of the store as I was. He was on mute and had camera facing only ceiling. I never once smoke to him besides to tell him I was about to head home. And I did so before checkout. Well the younger female with brown hair at the front decided to I guess stare at my phone and at the end goes “you can’t be on FaceTime in here”. Excuse me? I read the rules and followed ALL of them before even stepping foot. So no you are wrong to tell me to not be on FaceTime if it says it no where that you can’t. This “business” will never receive my money again as the quality is supplied is trash to begin with. Use your money through Amazon not this cheap, useless store.Edit: they also follow you around like a hawk ENTIRE time you are in here. If I tell you to stop once do not do it again. No one wants to be followed around looking for sex supplies.

Who wants to be followed around entire time you are here by 5 employees. No one. Give your customers space to look at things. Not everyone is fully comfortable looking for new things. Do not support this business. Over priced as well. Everything can be found cheaper online. Trust me when I say this place should not be open for business.

Done shopped here a few but after today I will not return, I don’t like being followed around the store. One of the clerks followed me from the time I walked in the store, just a heads up that’s bad for business. Hopefully they improve on this.

So I went to go get supplies and saw the no bag policy on the door that includes the bag I wear my wallet and keys in. Coupled with the fact that you also never carry pup stuff I will never shop here again

Prices are not of value to some items. I was looking to get a c ring 24$. I got the same one last year at bad Kitty for 8 dollars and looked online to fine it for half the price.
