I recently had a disappointing encounter at your store while attempting to return some shirts that didn't fit as expected, unlike my other Greg Norman polos. Although the assistant who initially assisted me was courteous and helpful, I was disheartened by the behavior of the manager who handled my return.
Upon her arrival at the register, it was evident that the manager was displeased about processing my return. Throughout the interaction, her attitude towards me was quite abrupt, and at one point, she remarked, "I've never returned anything in my life," which came across as unnecessarily dismissive.
Despite explaining the situation calmly, the manager's demeanor made the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. As a result of this encounter, I have made the decision not to continue shopping at your store. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and reassess the approach to customer service exhibited by your managerial staff at this location

Went in to exchange an equal exchange Christmas gift we got today and we were told the clothes 'stank' and could not be returned. We were asking what that meant since the gift was purchased and wrapped one week ago.'She said it smelt like food and Christmas. What does Christmas smell like? The cashier/sales associate was unprofessional to say the least.' Too bad that we will not shop this store again.

Greg Norman Collection at Tanger Outlets in North Charleston is a great place to go for quality golf clothing and much more. I really like their selection and have been able to find some cool gift items. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.
