Palmetto Goodwill is a thrift store that includes a regular retail location and a separate clearance center with a unique bin system. The regular store is described as clean, nice, and well-organized, with very friendly employees. Prices in the retail store are viewed as reasonable and as expected for a thrift store, with some noting nothing was above five dollars. However, some reviewers felt certain items, like electronics, were overpriced. The clearance center features large blue bins of items sold by the pound, where customers can find hidden gems at very good prices, like an armful of clothes for a few dollars. This area requires sorting through piles and is not thoroughly clean, so some recommend bringing gloves. New bins brought out daily create excitement. While the store has a lot of books, home linens, furniture, and women's clothing, multiple reviews mention a sparse and small selection for men's clothing, particularly in smaller sizes. Overall, it is considered one of the best thrift stores for those willing to sift through items.
A little disappointed compared to others I have visited. The shelves were almost empty. A lot of clothes that did seem well organized. Things can change on any given day with thrifting. Today wasn't my day maybe.
