All adult clothing were $4.89 but then with military discount, it went down to $4.40. Children’s clothing were $2.49- everything else priced super affordable. Nice clean facility, with lots of options. The only complaint I have is that the team lead , Raven, is absolutely despicable. Both my husband and myself almost said something to her because she was so rude to our cashier Denise when she had a question! Raven came up to the register annoyed that Denise had to ask her a question, then proceeded to talk down to her as if she was an idiot and continued with rolling her eyes and shaking her head as she reluctantly helped her with her question. Denise kept apologizing that she bothered her, to which Raven did not respond to. As a person in a “lead” position, you should have a willingness to help people and respect those you work with!

I wish I could a 0 star rating. On November 14, 2022 I bid on a pair of 14K hoop earrings on ShopGoodwill.com. After inspecting the pictures they posted, I decided to bid. I won the bid and paid immediately. Today November 18th I received the earrings and opened them up only to find that the earrings have several dents in them. Now the pictures, once again, did not show the other side of the earrings which would've allowed myself along with the other bidders to make an informed decision on whether we wanted dented earrings. There were no dents on the shipping box so they can't blame Fedex. I have reached out to them today to request a refund of all monies paid and will await their answer. I have also contacted my credit card company and will contact the attorney general for their state. This is a very grimy and deceptive move on Shopgoodwill's part. Their terms and conditions state all items are As Is but when you are blatantly taking pictures of the non damaged sides of the earrings in an attempt at deceiving the public, I believe that is against the law. To think, they don't even pay for these items as they are donations and yet will pull a grimy move like this is disgusting. I could see one picture not showing the damages but all pictures they posted show no damages and that is deliberate. My pictures show the red circles and the others are what they posted. Do yourself a favor folks and do not buy from Shopgoodwill. This is a $275.00 disgusting move on Shopgoodwill's part that will be broadcast for all to see. L. Pagan

A elderly woman with glasses and brittle dry hair by the name of Linda at the goodwill in James Island is telling customers how a sheriff held her at gun point, and said that the regional director name Charles told her at least your not dead and laughed about it. It’s disturbing that she is telling this to customers. I don’t even want to shop at any location after hearing about a previous robbery.

I like browsing around this store and I have been a customer for years. However, I have noticed a trend which has made me highly SUSPICIOUS of the ways items are now priced and ultimately being altered by staff, to give the illusion of being "signed" by a particular artist or other provenance - this is misleading and unlawful. Items that have usually been priced at a couple of dollars are now $9.99 or higher. If this company continues to follow a business model that is "not in good faith" it will surely grab the attention of the Better Business Bureau. Let' see if they do the right thing and stop these unfair pricing/manipulation practices. Highly Concerned Customer

As a veteran on hard times, working with with the Staff at Palmetto Warriors Connection was a gift from above. They jumpstarted my job search, got me bus passes, did mock job interviews with me, even paid for a refurbished bicycle through Second Chance Bicycles (see separate review). I don't recommend Palmetto Goodwill at this time. They have suspended their discount cards, so no discount for seniors or military.
