Hit or miss be careful. Some items that are sold there may be stolen some may simply not work in my case I’ve got sold a item , even with manager verifying that the item wasn’t working correctly just to say no give backs it’s your problem now “post it on marketplace” mainly as a cover up wanted me to scam a scam normal pawns suggest other pawns. Not a bad place just say be careful on what you choose to spend your money on and who you deal with otherwise you’ll end up like me pay majority and gain little.

Always have a great experience at Genes. The only pawn shop in the area that not only very helpful but also has very kind people who will give you the best deal especially when you need it! Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service!! I waited for almost 2 hours for them to go over a product. When I mentioned to the larger blonde woman that she wasn't doing her job she tried to attack me!! I had to threaten the police! This is the most unprofessional experience of my life! Dangerous and unprofessional!

What a class act this place is!!! Very professional and went that extra distance to help me out. I see a lot of reviews for Sharhonda and I'm sure she is great but I'm going to rave about Danielle. She was great to work with and even laughed at my jokes.

I know on this review I can only rate this store 5 stars as the highest but I hope you consider the stars ⭐️ I’m putting in here. I would personally give Karrie,Josie and Michelle all 5 stars ⭐️ individually!! They been exceptional today!! I’ve been to many different pawn shops before but truly this has been the very best so far and now anything I need I would go there first to check.
