VERY cheap clothes with high markups. You can find the exact same items on Shein for less than half the price. Unfortunately I was desperate for a dress for an event and had to purchase something here last minute.

Yesterday I was treated like an unwelcome intrusion in the employee's day. Even when asking for help and describing what we were looking for could not budge her from her indifference. Not the kind of helpful experience I have enjoyed at Francesca's in the past. I won't be going back.

Employee jasmine was incredible rude and disrespectful towards me today. The signs in the store say clothing $35 so when I brought a dress up to the checkout I was Surprised to see that it was not part of the deal. When I brought up to their attention, jasmine started snapping at me about the sale not including the dresses. As I walked away she continued to talk about me behind my back. I turned around to let them know their marketing is deceiving. She continued to argue with me about it. She is extremely unprofessional and it's evident she's a teenager with the mentality of a 12 year old. Good luck...this used to be my favorite store.

My new favorite place to shop in Charleston!! I can't say enough about how awesome the ladies here are! I brought my daughter in to shop. She's been feeling down and overwhelmed in life and this was her day to feel better. When we left this shop, my daughter was in the best mood and felt so beautiful from the way the ladies treated her. A huge thank you to everyone for your awesome service! Dress tag was very clear and extra 30 percentage too but assistant did not honor the price. Assistant was rude. I asked price of few items but she refused to tell me.I am Francesca's regular customer and never experienced such bad behavior anywhere else.One star because dress collection was good.

I wanted to purchase a pair of shorts that were red lined on the tag, hanging ON the clearance rack. When I was at the register the “assistant manager “ who was very unfriendly stated this was a mistake and refused to honor the price ON the tag.Customer service was not acceptable!

I discovered this little shop/boutique while shopping in Atlanta and was impressed by the accessories and Trinkets that I was able to find at a reasonable price. I was glad when I found that they had locations in the Charleston area. I pop in from time to time and almost always find a sale or something that I can't resist picking up. Most recently I had to return a dress, a couple of days past the stores return policy and they were really understanding and great about it. The store is neat, the dressing rooms are roomy and comfortable. I Looking forward to popping in again soon to see what I can find!

Asked to pull my mask up higher which I get because that is the rule. Although Gov McMaster said it was ok not to. Oh so now that my mask is pulled up and I’m in line to pay and there is absolutely no social distancing. Two registers are open side by side and I’m shoulder to shoulder with other customers. I mean if we are going to enforce mask rules then let’s enforce all the d*** rules and limit number of people and spread out and use back to back register not side by side. Just saying.....

Francesca's is such a cute store. It's bright and organized. They have a nice selection of fashion jewelry and accessories. They also have a nice selection of wallets and clutches. The clothes are organized by style and color which makes it easier to find what you're looking for. The associate on the floor was friendly and helpful. Many of the items make great gifts. The store is full of items and it's a little small so it can be difficult to navigation around others.
