This may be in Tanger outlets but it is NOT outlet prices. Please go to Sephora or Ulta! I see a lot of people saying that they are overpriced... I disagree! If you go to Nordstroms or Bloomingdale's and want a high quality perfume of Cologne you are going to pay $125-$300. I purchased several bottles and I am satisfied with the purchase. I do not wish to smell like everyone else... I do appreciate that they have bottles that are from other countries.

I absolutely love this place because I needed to find a new perfume for me and a few friends. There was a program where you could buy one perfume and certain other perfumes for 50% off. What I did not like was he only had one service person in there and when you wanted to smell a certain fragrance which happened to me in a few friends trying to decide what we were going to get for friends, she acted like we were interrupting her day and she had better things to do. So methodically we went through the perfumes and bought $400 worth of perfumes that day. So go to this place if you're looking for good fragrance but be careful of the staff.

I was in earlier today and wanted to make sure that the Leadership of this company knows what an ABSOLUTE GEM ? they have at this location. Silma (the hidden gem I’m referring to), took EXCEPTIONAL care of me today and I left there with a magnificent fragrance that I cannot wait to gift my husband for our 5th wedding anniversary. Silma’s knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and genuine concern to help me find the perfect scent was without parallel! She made me feel like I was in a high end perfume lab or department store. Especially in times today, a Customer Service Professional, like Silma is EXTREMELY RARE, and I truly hope she is commended in a big way for her valuable work ethic and again, expertise with the product she is selling for you all. I am still in awe and mind blown at the level of satisfaction I have after deciding to stop at the Fragrance Outlet today! Thank you Silma! Expensive. Wouldn't let me return my purchase with receipt. Its their store policy apparently. No refunds or returns. Even if unopened and within 30 days of purchase. Wanted to return since I looked online and realized the product was overpriced. Only offered exchange. Decided to just keep it since I didn't want to go through exchanging and when I used product, it did not smell authentic and lost its scent quickly. Waste of $100.

Store owner was incredibly kind and offered great suggestions. Even other customers in the shop were friendly and willing to offer suggestions.Great customer service and a wonderful atmosphere.If you're looking for a place to test and buy perfume or cologne, this would be worth the stop.

Pretty expensive but they have a well rounded variety to suit anyone’s style. Right along with the variety, the workers are experienced and can match you up with the perfect sent very easily.

Visited from New York, went in and I wasn’t greeted or assisted in any way. Not trying to pull the racist card but I’m black and this white man that came in after me was greeted and told that she’d be right with him, meanwhile ole invisible me who had all intentions on buying, got no help at all. The older lady with the grey hair, terrible and the heavy set girl with curly hair was just as bad. Throw the whole place away!

Came in today looking for a specific Fragrance I had researched to where I could find the fragrance locally and this place popped up. when I came in there were 4 people standing in the shop talking. I asked for a fragrance and was basically ignored. The two young employees started laughing and whispering to themselves the older woman behind the counter just said yes we have it and didn’t move or direct me to it. Finally another young man came to bring it to me but by this time I was like I won’t spend my money here and I left. Horrible customer service won’t be back.
