I am a regular customer and shop there usually 3 times a week. On Apr 25, 2024 at 1:33, I stood at customer service to get a refund on a very spoiled pork loin I had purchased that morning. The customer service mgr stared at the receipt and I asked if I could get a refund. She was very rude and when I told her the product was too bad to bring back, she rudely said "if you say so". She very reluctantly gave me my refund. This kind of poor customer service is making me more inclined to travel further to spend my money at another store that really promotes their "count on me" behavior.

I typically go to the one on down Dorchester rd, near Vista creeks run. However, I ended up stopping at this one. First off, manager or whomever seemed in charge at the time, seemed loud talking, heard a curse word as soon as I came in. Then, they were ringing up someone with about 50 items in the express 12 or less lane. I had 3 items. Just took too long and made me appreciate the food lion near Vista creeks on Dorchester even more.

This is the third time that I arrive at this store and the closed at 9:50! And that dude at the store just gave me an attitude with his hands! If your store hours are till 10PM , then stay open till 10! Or just do us all a favor and close for good! The customer service is bad and the employees walk around like they don’t care!

I walked in at 9:55 and the door was locked. I’m angry because I needed one thing. You don’t close until 10:00 PM.

This store had a long Line ( as only one line was open) poor customer service. They announced at 9:44PM we will be closing in 5 minutes, however the posted Hours to close is 10:00PM

Customer service is always closed. Like every time since November that I have come here they say they can’t help me because they are closed. Please remove the customer service sign since you do not offer it.

This maybe a smaller Food Lion…..but staff make up in the end as always so helpful. Never a bad time shopping!!! Always have what I’m wanting. Cashiers are so helpful to me as a senior. This is the best store I’ve ever been too!!!!
