FedEx delayed a shipment of refrigerated medication in Memphis. As a result, it arrived in North Charleston late, and then got put on hold due to weather from Tropical Storm Debbie. There's no weather problem between my house and FedEx, and I could be there in less than 20 minutes. But the FedEx center is saying the medication is not available to be either picked up or delivered due to the weather. Meanwhile, UPS has been making deliveries here as usual. Guess who I'm going to be using in the future.

Cannot get a hold of a human. When I finally did. Hardly any English
I was told only shipping update was online .
Was 3 states away and supposed to be delivered in 1 hour. It is live animal. I was told she can't help me anymore, other than what's online. How is that customer service. I initially was curious about hours at hub and shipping animals. Without a tracking number you are dead in the water. Every fedex has same automated number. I said representative. Customer service. Was told they need number try back when you have it. Getting a delivery tomorrow. If is messed up I will revisit review. Very simple thing like a human to answer a question would change things drastically. Need to do better.

The drop off at this location is really easy. Sometimes there is rush and people have to wait. But there are no chairs for any one to sit and wait.

Took off work to sign for a package. Waited all day for it only for the driver to lie and say they tried but I wasn't there. I have 4 dogs
I was home all day. I would have heard. I also have security cameras and live in a cul de sac. No fedex truck ever even entered my area. No one seems to care this driver lied so he could go home early on a Friday. Zero accountability. Scum

Worst delivery company ever. They gave me a delivery time 3 days in a row and never delivered my package. I rather deal with UPS than fedex. They need to be out of business!!

After FedEx lied about trying to deliver my package on Friday, I talked to a guy named Scott at this location on the phone who told me my package would be delivered today. It was not delivered or attempted, so Scott is a liar.FedEx is the worst delivery company in the world with the worst customer service.
