I went in to take passport photos. I was greeted right away, and the service was very quick. A few days later, I went back for more help with my passport renewal and while they could not send it in (has to be USPS) they helped with getting all my paperwork together and making sure I was doing everything right. They did not have to help with this extra part as they were not charging me for that, they simply wanted to help. All around excellent service with very friendly staff.

Megan was so helpful and is a FEDEX ROCKSTAR!!!! The ground/freight center in Ladson, SC failed to deliver our package the 1st night & by the 2nd night with no delivery by 8pm I decided to put a hold and get it delivered to this location so we could pick just pick it up ourselves. With still no delivery by 2-3 days later and the tracking info looking like it was traveling around on a truck somewhere or who knows what, I called Megan at the local office and she made some calls and told me how to do the claim process and within a few days I got an alert my husbands truck steps ( which is a pretty big package and still wondering how this could have gotten misplaced or lost) was at this location. Thanks again Megan you are awesome. ????

Horrible customer service. The 2 men working were rude I was mailing a book and I asked for the media mail price since it was a book and they both rolled their eyes and laughed at me. I ended up walking out!

Absolute worst don’t use them if actually want your package they refuse to give it to you with out 18 different forms of ID no matter what information you give them emails tracking numbers telling where the package is from what’s in the package they refuse to take it and refuse to give you your stuff DO NOT USE

i had to pack and ship a bicycle. this place was AMAZING! Francesco was super helpful and patient as I had to figure out how to disassemble the bike IN the shop (and had NO IDEA what i was doing)even other patrons stepped up to help me out.i would highly recommend this shipping center to EVERYONE!

Megan the manager is fantastic. She was so helpful during our visit. My toddler needed passport photos and she took her time, talked to him, got down to his level to make him feel comfortable. Highly recommend her service!

Whatever you do, don’t go to this location. I watched them turn a customer way because he had his own box and front rep said that items inside could be dangerous goods even though he said they were brake rotors. It took the lady 20 minutes just to do two boxes of 1 customer. There were boxes in the back and the other rep said I couldn’t use them because they are trash and customers aren’t allowed to use trash. Do not go to this location they take forever they j*** you around it’s just not worth your time if you’ve got things to do. Call for a pick up much more efficient than these people that work here making up rules and giving customers a hard time. Having worked at FedEx before these folks do not have any sense of urgency.

The people at this location go into the boxes you leave and steal out of them. They stole a whole brand new Samsung Galaxy A21 Plus out the box I left for a return back to Samsung, Samsung did not give me my refund back because they only received a phone charger. Because the sales Representatives at this location they are thieves they go into people boxes and steal stuff of value and then when you try to get your refund back you're not eligible for your refund because the item is no longer in the Box once you leave your stuff at this location it is out of your care it's in their care, not for them to go into the boxes and take from the boxes. You never know how hard a person have it or what they are going through. If I could I would give them +0 stars.

I cannot say enough nice things about this store and Megan the manager. I had to ship out over 100 packages and they really went above and beyond to make everything seamless for me. It was shocking how knowledgable Megan was on the different shipping options and pricing. HIGHLY recommend!
