Customer service at the Onsite location was great. My tickets were supposed to be delivered before noon but they weren’t. When they hadn’t arrived by noon, I put a note on the door stating to please accept the note as the signature. The driver didn’t deliver the package so I had to go pick them up. I was 6 hours late and got stuck driving in
severe thunderstorms because of it.

They are very friendly, but sometimes you have to wait quite a while to actually get up to the counter. They tend to be understaffed.

I went there to have some scanning done. The lady who did the work messed up the order - wrong pages etc. - and was not willing ro ler me closervto her or the computer (!) than 6 ft (!) I guess she was social distancing. She WAS BIZARRE!

A little disingenuous about passport fees in general. Their fee has increased substantially for no reason since "expedited processing" is basically obsolete now. They also have limited workstations for such a heavy traffic area. Friendly, fast service though.
