“No one loves going to urgent care but the staff here is so friendly and caring, if you need to go I would definitely recommend this place! I didn't wait long at all and everyone I encountered was so helpful and nice.”
“I recently took a family member to Holy City Med. I chose them mainly for their location. Upon arrival, I was greeted kindly by a front desk associate. I gave the required information and was asked to pay a set rate for the visit (they are self-pay only). The lady did mention there would be an additional set rate for labs. They should also mention additional charges for treatment. I noticed there was a fee sheet in the treatment room, but no pricing was discussed from it. At checkout, I was not told what the final charge was, only asked if I wanted the same card charged. I kind of wish they could streamline the process so you pay for everything at checkout. I was not told anything about a visit summary. I had to ask. Overall, the staff was kind, compassionate, and accommodating. Additonally, there was not a long wait to be seen. I would recommend them.”
