The store needs to be organized. Things are falling all off the shelf and in incorrect places. However, the Asst. Mngr needs to be fired. Tasha is her name and she is very disrespectful to the customers.

Recently, I visited Family Dollar to pick up some items when my husband was home sick with a head cold. Even though this is a dollar store, I found every item on my list. Thankfully they carry name-brand items, because when you need Kleenex, you need the real thing. I didn't have to wait long to check out, and the cashier was as nice as expected. The store is a bit cluttered, and I had to walk around to find things. I wish the aisles were marked or labeled. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of from Dorchester Rd. and Montague Ave., and it's convenient to I-526, which is a big perk.

This store’s hours are until 9. The gentleman locked the door at 8:50 after he saw me park. They need new staff.

Fairly new FD; used to be a chain pharmacy in this location. Not the best-stocked FD I've ever been in. Have food-related items and other stuff you'd expect for this store, but just not the biggest selection household and gift-type items or Christmas decor. Couldn't find some items that I've seen in prior years at other FD locations. Many empty shelves; out of products. There were two employees stocking some shelves about eight aisles apart having a conversation, so talking very loudly with no regard for customers.
