If I could give zero I would. Night staff is the only good thing about this place. A few select ones. Older lady that opens must hate her job or just doesn’t care for me. Always so nasty and so rude. Never smiles. Huffs and puffs every time I get to the register. But this only happens when they are actually open. Always an excuse as to why they aren’t open. This location just needs to shut down and keep Reynold open. Just clean that store up.

Staff ids very friendly but the store itself is in kinda rough shape in the inside. Not sure if they just don’t have enough help or what but things seem to be out of order and not put up like they should be. They have been out of bags for several days as well.

I've been sitting outside the store for over 10 minutes. It is 1:15 pm on July 3rd. The doors are locked, no sign is on the door and the security gate isn't down. At least 20 people have came to find the doors locked since I've been here.

Absolutely awful. I can't give 0 stars.Cashier was on the phone the entire time while ringing up many customers- with her mother(??)- , then SPEAKERPHONE.Management is horrendous, maybe pay people enough to care about the store?It's amazing you still have a brand. Neglect is not a good look. I'll never shop in a family dollar again.

The young lady working had a bad attitude and was rude. Instead of explaining why she couldn't open another register, she said we could leave the store. The young man on the register was very polite...01/20/22 around 5:30pm
