I did not have an examination appointment, so I can only speak to the friendly staff in the frame fitting area of the Rivers Ave eyemart. The workers were kind and the customer service was excellent - a sweet lady named Savannah was the person I interacted with. She did her best to help me find the frames I needed, was cheerful throughout the visit, and worked with me to use discount codes that would bring me the best value. Much appreciated!

I came in at 4 pm they at were closing at 5 pm and they helped me get my eyewear done that day so I could have them on vacation!!! They are the best!!! Jessica helped me quickly get the frames picked out and I had shades and a pair of regular glasses within an hour of walking in. Thanks to Jess for understanding and doing a fabulous job on my lenses...only 35 minutes for both pairs to be in my possession.... will always come back here now!!!! You guys earned a customer for life...

The whole crew is great. There is a woman named Savannah who help me with my specs. We even got to conversate. I always believe an employee should show a little bit of their human side.

I recently shopped at Eye Mart Express in North Charleston to get an eye exam and new glasses and had a great experience. The entire staff from the ophthalmology office to the front sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful and they have a wide range of styles to choose from. I’d like to give special thanks to Savannah and Shawnita for all their help. I recommend Eye Mart highly for your eyeglass needs.

We had a situation. I had lost my glasses and only had a digital copy of my prescription from a optometrist from another company. I phoned Eyemart and was lucky enough to reach Shaunita. Shaunita told me she would take care of it and to come in. On a day when we were completely stressed and between selling our home and closing on another, she delivered on her promise. I was able to carry on with a busy week. I will make sure to send anyone i know to Eyemart...thanks again Shaunita!

For the first time in my life I needed a pair of progressive lens eyeglasses. Everywhere had a 7 to 10 day turn around time. I learned that Eyemart may have a same day service for this type of lens. And they did! I was thrilled that they could make my progressives in an hour! I was greeted immediately by Tameka. She helped me pick out frames that would be most flattering and spent time hearing my concerns and questions. The selection of frame styles and prices are excellent! They also tinted an existing pair of single vision glasses I had to make them into sunshades! I'll be sending people their way.

They take their time to help you pick the proper pair and they have them ready for you the same day! If you have any issues, they fix them for you right away!

Their same day service this summer was no joke! Super easy to have lenses in an old frame upgraded when I lost my glasses this summer. Cost wasn't terrible, and they didn't push you into things you didn't want.
