Was having one of the worst days and one of the store employees (assuming possibly manager) bought my soda and that kindness just meant the world to me. It’s the little things in life. Grateful for the kindness.

As a Manger myself I take pride in how I deliver customer service! I went to this gas station for the very first time walked in had an employee cleaning great then employee went and handled customers better... then I watched someone who is not employed with them who looked like a child cleaning?? Manager came out I had a problem with my card Manger would not let me put my card number don't know why then she continued to smile like it was funny!! After I just used the ATM to pull money out with the same card very un professional manager should be fired or evaluated I will never use this gas station again. Children under age and not employed could have a law suit

Watch yourself dealing with this place. We were travelling through and stopped to fuel up on our way back home.I pumped gas which came to just over $41. As I finished the pump stated that the "cashier has receipt". I didn't think anything of it and hopped back in the car to leave. My wife was on the phone as an alert had already come over our bank app. We were charged $91 for $40.46 of gas. Neither of my vehicles will actually hold that amount and as we were 300 miles from home it set an alert.I went inside with the screen shot from our bank showing the charge and the lady at the counter feigned surprise as to "how that could have happened". Then proceeded to waste my time pretending to call an owner and fooling around about getting me a receipt printed. She suggested that I come back the next day to get it straightened out.I am familiar with gas stations doing a pending charge for your card, usually it's a dollar and certainly not $50. I suspect chicanery and would advise anyone going here to be sure to get a receipt AND to check your account for the actual charge.Funny enough after going inside to confront about this issue there was an amended charge to my card by the time I got back to the car.Oh, side note, asking this less than helpful clerk for the owner's name and number resulted in getting the generic number to the store and no last name. I am sure if I called, I would be directed to "the owner" and get a similar run around as I did inside the store.Beware, go elsewhere.

Avoid this place if you can help it. Was told to come back in the morning to speak to a manger about a return and when I arrived was told there was a no trespass order and police were being called. Why? Only thing I can think of is that they didn’t want to deal with the return as their story kept changing and I could not get any straight answers. If they didn’t want me back why tell me to come back this morning? Textbook entrapment.

The worst Exxon gas station I have ever been to. Poor customer service. The manager is very rude and should not be working with the public. Also, their store prices are ridiculous.
