Mike B was awesome. Very polite and personable when I walked in. He remembered me from just us talking over the phone the prior day when I called to asked a few questions before making my final decision to use Extra Space Storage. The area when I walked in was clean and fresh. Inside the area where the units are was clean and debris free.
