Rented a storage unit at the North Charleston location (1st time ever). Both Paula and Lisa made it completely simple and easy to do. Both ladies were Beyond friendly and professional at the same time. I've had to go to the unit to drop things off, and each time they are still friendly as they were the first day I met them.

About Extra Room Self Storage
Our self storage facilities are clean and secure. We offer access to our storage facility from 5 AM - 11 PM, and provide gated access with a personal access security code to all of our customers. On Sundays, our office is open by appointment only from 9 AM to 2 PM. All Climate Control Units, Parking Available, 24/7 Security, Elevators, Moving Carts, On-Site Restrooms, Key Pad Entry, Personal Access Code, Coffee and Water Bar, Lights Inside Units, Packing and Moving Supplies.
