David and James are AMAZING delivery drivers that run our routes. Been getting shipments from them for years and they always do a great job. Patty is on top of scheduling and is SUPERB. I love Estes. So glad all my shipments can all use Estes, I never have to worry I know all shipments will go smoothly!

I recently ordered through a company that uses Estes Express to ship their products. Estes was great and had super fast shipping. I received a courtesy call letting me know that my package had arrived and when I went to go pick it up, they helped me bring it to my car and also helped strap it to the roof. Everyone was super nice and overall very appreciative of the experience!

Nice customer service granted my stuff couldn't be delivered which is okay cause where I live the truck could make it thru I respect that driver was sweet and customer service when I called bout a smaller truck was fantastic. I wish I had gotten their name so I could put it in my review.

Had 6 display cases delivered, 3 out of the 6 were damaged but first delivery guy was great, carried all cases in nice and easy on a pallet jack. Three new cases come with a different delivery guy, tells my employee a pallet jack won’t fit through the door, so slides broken pallets across my wood floor gouging it in multiple areas. Uncalled and unprofessional period, let alone it was done with ease the first time. Don’t recommend them

Home Depot contracted this company to deliver a tub to my house. The driver was extremely rude and the customer service was even worse. Be prepared for the company to tell you it’s not their job to drop something in your garage, apparently they only contracted for “curb side” deliver. They also don’t coordinate delivery times, they just give a timeframe and drop it off.

stes called 5/19 to set up a delivery 5/20. they said they would be there between 12 and 4. no problem; rearranged my schedule do i could he home all afternoon. at 3:45 i went on line.. said delivery would be at 7:32... 3 stops away. cancelled dinner plans, and waited. at 7 pm it said the same. i called estes and asked about delivery. they didnt know why it wasnt delivered, but would deliver the next day. what time? they didnt know. cancelled the shipment. you left me hanging for 7 hours, didnt have the decency to call, and then expected me to do it again the next day. i dont think so...

Very nasty in Dispatching and "short." scheduled a pickup online - ESTES claims they "did not get it" though it gave me date and time...even notes for driver. Called corporate scheduled AGAIN, this makes 2 weeks waiting for these people to show up! "They do not have the order to pick up" AGAIN! Called Walmart and they are booking through different shipper. On initial order ESTES was late by a day because they "did not have a small truck" to make delivery. Save yourself the trouble ...use another company

We have had Estes as a partner in our operations for well over seven years. This being said, we pride ourselves on choosing our partners based on a balance of both service and price point. From both sides of this equation they are second to none. They consistently provide the best value and their level of customer service sets the standard. What ever the issue I am having, I make one phone call only to my representative Tom B. and I know the issue is handled, whatever it is. Both Tom and the whole Estes team work to see that whatever my issue or need, it is handled quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
