Understaffed … multiple times i've went here and its 1 person working and they are no where to be found I literally have waited 10 mins one time on someone to come up front. Very big store with very limited selection. No good Major brands besides polo. Needs psycho bunny and others im use to having top notch service from my stores in Florida and then coming here and its just awful barely even spoke to.

We stopped in on our trip through Charleston and received amazing assistance from the employees at this location. Sarah Wilber did her best to help us find the proper fit for my partner in the store. Despite having no luck she went the extra mile to try and locate what we're looking for online and at other locations. We were lucky to have her and her co worker in the store that day. Your diligence was greatly appreciated and we will be returning.

Sarah and Matt were fantastic . Sarah had three customers at once . She took the time to not only answer questions and open up dressing rooms , she also had time to disrobe a manaquin in order to satisfy my size .Good help is hard to find ! Thanks Sarah !!!

I needed a sports coat for my brothers hall of fame induction. I walked in with the pants I wanted the wear and asked the associate to help me find a match. He did in record time….I walked out with what I wanted and I can wear it with several outfits.The associated was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast!I will definitely be shopping here again as it is sometimes hard to find great clothes for bigger guys!
