first of all I’d like to let yall know that the place was empty and they were doing nothing basically. I didn’t wanna bother and I place my order at the self service machine. One Hot latte, 1 snacking bacon and 1 avocado Toasted. I received my order and I politely asked this older white man with his long beard if I could get my Snacking bacon warmed up because it was cold and you could feel it was too oiled. And Id like to say that I am a loyal customer at Dunkin’ I been getting dunkin ever since I’m at college and I have always been getting my bacon warm regardless if asked for it or not it has always been like that. And this old man with his attitude told me he was not about to warmup the bacon for me because that’s the way he serves it?. Can someone explain if this people were trained for being at their jobs or not ? Because this is not how a corporate works. Same menu and same process should be applied for every store and not just because they want to do their job in a different way then the costumer have to get use to it in every store. Everybody else in the store were so nice and I have to say it they’re so good at what they’re doing but this guy needs someone to explain him how to treat costumers and how to be humble. And for more references yall can just search up at Dunkin’s official website about their recipes. Btw they don’t warm up the bread slices for their avocado toast?! Like what’s the point of Avocado TOASTED? If they’re too lazy to warm up a piece of bread?

I’ve only been here three times and each one was in the afternoon to evening and I’ve seen the same employee every time! I don’t know her name, but she thanks me and smiles EVERY TIME!!

I called yesterday afternoon to place a large pick-up order for this morning. Suzanne took my order and was so friendly and patient! Unfortunately, when you place large to go orders items are not always correct, but that was not the case this morning! My order was spot on-even to include napkins and plenty of utensils. We order quite often for safety meetings and various other staff meetings throughout the year, and typically I use a different location that is not as friendly or helpful as Suzanne was. Never again! I will pick the food and coffee up here always from now on. Great job to Suzanne, the rest of the team, and the management at the Rivers location!

I had the best experience this morning at this location. The manager Suzanne was very helpful and kind. The whole location was quick and efficient. I was with a coworker who is having a rough time right now and every year she purchases a Dunkin Ornament. Another manager named Jenna(sp) overheard my coworker saying she couldn't spend the money this year on her ornament and the manager purchased them for her!!!! We were completely blown away at the compassion. This location is very lucky to have such great managers!!! I will always go to this location for my coffee needs!!

I went through the drive thru to pick up donuts to gift a business I use. There were 3 cars in front of me. The line moved quickly, and the two people who served me were friendly, helpful, and fast. I made a large order with no advance call, but they were able to accommodate me in no time at all.

The wait was ok, they forgot we ordered hash browns only gave us drinks and had to request the hash browns. Bags were mostly empty and cold, soggy. Would not recommend. Drinks were great tho.

I go here just about every day and this is the best Dunkin around for service and coffee. Destiny always goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great drink and day!

When I order from this location, they either don't give me the full order or they give me someone else's items. The worst thing is that there is no phone number listed either.

They are so rude and always out of the specific donut - old fashion. Came a second time to get 2 dozen donuts the lady literally said “I guess since I got nothing better to do”. What??

They never get my order correct. Correct on the slip but not made what was requested. I travel to a lot Dunkin's who get it solid every time. This one has missed the mark on multiple visits.
