Very bad customer service! 5 of us purchase jordans from online and we was trying to exchange one shoe size and the service was horrible. This was our first time purchasing from DT and probably will be the last purchase! So many other places that would gladly accept my money I work hard for!

Very Bad Customer Service….. new management is terrible as well as the store manger very shady guy never greets me anytime I come in the store as well as no employees…. Store is very messy… the old store manger Maurice was the guy keeping that store together…. This new guy is so disrespectful as well as the new mangers in that store always giving me and my family dirty looks. Staff is no longer friendly as if they don’t wanna work today and the whole stores vibe in general is just not what it used to be….. never coming here again and I recommend you take your money someone else.

Walked in to get my son some new gear. No greeting from associates. Stood by shoes for more than 5 minutes. Nobody acknowledged us. There were 4 associates behind counter just laughing and giggling away. They didn't even come over after I gestured for someone.

Don’t like the fact that if you buy something and return it they don’t issue a refund, instead they’ll give you a gift card to ONLY be used within their store or website. That’s bad business…

The Dtlr store on Dorchester Rd in North Charleston South Carolina are resellers. If you want a new release you have to pay the manager in order to get the popular sizes. No money then you get whatever sizes that he knows don't sell. Dtlr needs a lottery raffle like the other stores because people are tired of paying extra money for shoes.
