The hotel itself is amazing. Great location. Front desk is always awesome. But the beds aren't the best. Nor the heat system. I've stayed in 3 rooms this year alone, and I always had an issue with the bed and unit in the room. I probably won't stay at this particular hotel ever again.

Nearby activities: It's close to a lot of food and activities not far from downtown CharlestonSafety: I like the fact that if you walk out any of the side doors they close behind you and you can't come back in you have to go through the front main entrance.. I like the cameras everywhere and that you have to re-enter from the front so everyone can see you

If you stay here, request a room that is not on the side of the interstate or bring ear plugs. You can hear every car, truck and motorcycle that goes by on the interstate. We requested a room change after our first night, and staff never bothered to respond to our request. It was the worst four nights of sleep I have ever had.

An average experience at the hotel. It's obviously not the Ritz.

Right off highway. Restaurant and Starbucks in the lobby. Updated, modern room. Gym on site. Plenty of parking and the lot was well lit. Easy and quick check in and the warm cookie upon arrival doesn’t hurt either.

The hotel is older but nicely maintained/renovated. I moved away from Charleston 2 years prior but lived there 11 years. I was concerned about the area, but it was safe and quiet. There is an on duty police officer present throughout the evening. The bar and lounge area are nice and although I didn’t eat dinner, the food looked and smelled good. Breakfast is provided by Starbucks and the sandwich I had was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located with quick access to Northwoods Mall, Dorchester Rd and I-26. It’s a short drive to Tanger Outlet, the airport, and many other amenities. It’s about a 17 minute drive to downtown Charleston. I would definitely stay again.Nearby activities: The hotel is conveniently located with quick access to Northwoods Mall, Dorchester Rd and I-26. He is very visible, so I felt my car and stay were safe.

The lemon peppered wings was the best & those mashed potatoes I had with my salmon & broccoli made me want to sing!
