Another Discount Tire had mounted one of my tires inside out and I had no idea. When I stopped by this location today to check my tires because the tire light has been on for a while, they fixed it on the spot and quickly got me on the road for a big road trip to Philly. Ace service! Bravo!

Great experience! Ordered tires Monday and they got me in Tuesday to install after they shipped in. 45 minutes in and out! Free lifetime rotation/balance too. Highly recommended!

Wow! Blown away by the service on each visit. Had a delivery van with packages that needed to get back on the road. Took less than 30 minutes!!!!

I left Charleston and had the dreaded tire monitor light to pop up on the interstate. I made it to this Discount Tire. These guys did great. They were able to repair the tire and had me in and out really quickly. I’m glad they were in the area.

Boughr 4 new tires for myself and 4 new tires for my daughter I had a flat tire from a screw it took them almost 2 and a 1/2 hours to fix . Brandin argued with me also. Will not provode dist mgr info

Friendly staff. No sales pressure, gave me the facts and suggestions and moved on. Walk-in was a wait so I just scheduled an appointment for the next day, and was in and out under 30 minutes. No charge for a tire repair. Did some pricing while there and asked about upcoming promos. And learned of a discount for an alignment, great visit.

Ordered tires on a Wednesday online and scheduled an appointment the following Monday. The next day I checked with them and they received the tires so I asked if I could just do a walk-in. From the time I arrived in the parking lot until I was driving out with 4 brand new tires was less than an hour, for a walk in. Amazing. Very nice staff, Landon and Chris helped me out and were awesome start to finish.

Excellent experience at Discount Tire on Ashley Phosphate. The facility is very clean and the team was extremely professional. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing tires in Charleston.

Prices are solid but if you don't have an appointment then be prepared to wait up to 3 hours even though you'll be quoted an 75-90 min.

They answer questions and are to the point . Service for tires is about 90 minutes . Staff is friendly and they can give solid recommendations. Upselling isn’t their game . They are military friendly:)
