Prices are not much lower than Home Depot. For instance, I needed a replacement battery for my lawnmower and I knew would cost $219. The factory outlet store offered a refurbished one for $180. For that slight difference, I’d rather have the new one.!

A man's candy store for sure! Huge selection of Ryobi tools both new and refurbished. Prices were reasonable so if you are looking to spend that tax return on tools, this is the place for you.

I have been thinking about buying a miter saw for quite some time now. I have read reviews on FaceBook about DTFO, so I stopped in to check them out. I found a referbished miter saw for half of the new price. I found the employees very approachable and they seemed to know the products. I will definitely be back!

Not sure what their business model is. Recently I have seen power tools available at Home Depot (i.e. NEW) for less than what DTFO sells for in blemished condition. For instance, the Ryobi 18V Router is currently available for less than what DTFO is charging for a refurb. Why would anyone shop there. Especially, when they have a no refunds policy (you can only get store credit). Oh, speaking of store credit, they won't let you use the store credit to purchase from the website. What? No Thanks.
