This company is a fraud. They claim they delivered my package to my home and I sign for it at 2:14pm to be exact! But I don’t know who sign when I live ALONE and work until 7 everyday!! They can’t tell me anything but sorry it was sign for so it’s nothing they can do!!! I’m out of money and my package because of this company. I will be taking this to corporate clearly their delivery driver are scammers and keep people packages and lying saying it was delivered

Station services manager Khalil Johnson has provided me with great costumer service. He went above and beyond and truly made my night. I was stressing about receiving my package before my daughter’s birthday and he dropped it off after work on his way home. If that does should true empathy I don’t know what does. Thank you sooo much for making me soooooo happy and proving that you care and my feelings matter. Thank you thank you thank you. You deserve a raise !!!!!

The team at my local DHL facility always takes care of me when I stop by and do an early pickup services for items that I need. Amie, Mr Jenkins have always been very accommodating.
