I hate self check out service. I purchase an item in a lock case. The cashier read my mind. I was walking to the self check out. The cashier who gave me the item out the lock case said I will help you. I was so happy for her kindness.

i just want to take a moment to say this pharmacy has the absolute rudest staff members i have ever encountered. they are consistently out of medication my doctor calls in. today they informed me 5 hours after getting the prescription sent in that they do not have it in stock. i asked if they knew when it would arrive if they ordered it “no ma’am i can’t predict the future”. you couldn’t just say no sorry we don’t have an eta? i then asked if they could check other cvs locations to see if they had it in stock. “no you just need to call down the list yourself”. i start calling and 2nd cvs doesn’t have it. they said they CAN check med counts and gave me another location to call. lol. the third location doesn’t have it but says i can call other pharmacies that aren’t cvs and cvs can transfer it over if the others have it in stock. walgreens has it, super sweet and answers phone immediately. i call my original cvs location back asking them to transfer it- her response “oh so now you don’t want it filled here?” “no ma’am since you don’t have it in stock. can you please transfer it to walgreens at this location?”. cvs staff “no we don’t do that. you need to call them and they call us”. i politely ask “are you sure? another cvs along with walgreens told me you could transfer it?” her response “ma’am i’ve been doing this for 20 years call them back and they can call me.” btw..not even close to the first time i’ve experienced this. her tone and condescension is unmatched. don’t fill your meds here. these people are legitimately malicious and unhelpful.

I can’t get my stupid oral chemo meds from CVS.I am 95% bedridden. I made a huge sacrifice to drive to the pharmacy to get my oral chemo meds since CVS refused to deliver them. (Yes, I pay for CarePass every month.) When I arrived at the pharmacy yesterday, the drive through was randomly closed. The line had 15 people in it.Your store is inaccessible to me as a sick/disabled person. I’m pretty sure CVS is breaking the law by violating the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).As an added bonus, I often wait on hold for 30-60 minutes when I call the pharmacy.Shame on you CVS for treating your customers and employees so horribly.

Don't bother. They're "understaffed" everyday. I worked in the busiest pharmacies in Florida (at Walgreens) and this is NOT how you run a successful pharmacy. Poor management. Techs that don't even know the difference between capsules and tablets and at least one pharmacist that advised me to take a laxities when I asked for a very specific form of magnesium (hint: I wasn't looking for a laxative). Go ANYWHERE else.

You call in for a prescription and you can't get it until the next day that's if they haven't ready then it's not a problem with the work staff because those people work really hard I've watched them they're going 100 miles an hour so apparently they need more staff the staff is great there what few there areI give the staff a five

The staff in the pharmacy department does not do their jobs professionally and properly. They do not follow up with prescriptions, they do not properly transfer scripts to the correct pharmacy and they do not have a pharmacist tech or manager. They aren’t properly trained on medication knowledge or even simple knowledge on seizures or asthma. As a business owner with epilepsy I WOULD NEVER use this location. I would prefer to go back to publix or Walgreens.

The people that work there are very lazy and don’t like to help any customers and they steal people Stuff also make sure they don’t get close to you because they don’t take baths with the same food on the clothes for 3 weeks in a row. Everything is expire in there

I have leukemia and have had a bone marrow transplant. Require a great number of medication's. Live near the CVS so it would be convenient to get meds here. However, they have literally never been able to fill a single prescription except for lidocaine patches. And that was only once. Dropped off a prescription yesterday for fluoride toothpaste and they can't even manage to fill that in over 24 hours. All the prescriptions just say pending. I have given up and would rather drive downtown in traffic to get my prescriptions rather than deal with anything at CVS. This was a new prescription and their automated system will not let you find out what the status is without the refill prescription number. That's wonderful if it's not a new prescription. I cannot believe this corporation is so ridiculously bad at this. My pharmacy downtown has the ability to do everything online at the click of a mouse.

I really don't understand why people are so nasty. This location has been here a very long time and there had not been even once they haven't treated me with a professional respect. I honestly think if your not kissing someone's butt they leave a nasty review but that is not the case here these people are hard working individuals I hope this helps someone.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They never have prescriptions ready in a timely manner and are very disorganized.

Mr Edward went above and beyond!! I returned an item I had bought the day before but I had to use a 40% coupon off on it. The item was defective so I was going to get another one but they did not have one. Mr Edward gave me a refund and also was able to get my 40% back. Not only that but he checked the other stores to see which ones had it so I was able to go directly to another store and purchase it that day. You don't see customer service like this everyday if you see it at all so I would just like to give Mr Edward I wonderful review and thank you!!

We are all tired of the “ short staff” excuse. It’s over. If you have staffing problems it’s because of you leadership.Takes 2 days to get a RX right and then when you are out of meds 2 days and late you have a 5 hour wait. I called it in a week ahead of time and even called the night before to make sure I could get my morning dose. Apathy and incompetence. Being short staffed will not be an excuse for possibly killing someone’s. Cvs you are the worst .

The worst CVS I've ever experienced. Not only is the building dilapidated but the employees are lackluster and lazy. Not once was my medication ever ready when it said it was. I've had to switch over to a location way further to get my medications because they kept saying they would "reach out to my medical provider" for a preauthorization and just NEVER did. This happened yet again for medicine for my child, then they say that they aren't able to order it but yet the preauthorization has been in there for a year. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. DO NOT go here if you need medicine of any sort.

Wish I could give -5 stars have wasted so much time here on the phone with my insurance and with their horrible staff who doesn't care. The building is dilapidated and their drive through has been broken for some time. Honestly this is the worst cvs pharmacy in all of the US. Have waited 3 months for them to keep telling me my prescription is ready and everytime I go they say it's not ready.
