Scheduled an appointment for a quote for repairs. Could not find the location of the office and called for help. Office staff was rude on the phone trying to direct me. Upon arriving for my appointment for a quote, was asked if insurance claim would be filed. I said I did not think so but was not totally sure just wanted an estimate. Front office staff was instantly annoyed and informed me that another customer asked for a quote and then filed through insurance so the quote was no good. Office staff told me asking for a quote was “a waste of their time”. I continued to ask for a quote since that was what my appointment was for and the front office staff rolled their eyes at me and reluctantly asked me to fill out paperwork. The quote took maybe all of 10 minutes to generate so the harassment from the staff upon entering for a scheduled quote seemed highly unnecessary.

Crews Chevrolet Collision Center is fantastic ! The manager there, Mr.Todd, knows what he’s doing & he works with an amazing team.I was very hesitant about taking my Ford Mustang to a Chevrolet shop in the first place, lol, but I am so glad I did. They did a phenomenal job with my car & I highly recommend them to anyone that needs any type of body repair done on any vehicle. Mr.Todd even took the time to introduce me to each person that had a hand in fixing my car & that was really incredible. They were all so very friendly & professional and that makes all the difference in the world to know that your business means so much to them. They’ve messed up our bill, a bumper that they had to reorder, charged extra for something they forgot to do. They’ve had our car for almost 3 months and are so confused they can’t follow simple invoice billing from the insurance company, even though the insurance company has been contacting them daily to get this resolved. Never will we ever go to them again nor should anyone else in our opinion. We’d give them a 0 if we could.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I’ve been trying to reach someone in reference to my 2021 Hyundai Elantra. It was in their shop from October last year until a couple months ago. Once I got it back, I had to return the car because of issues with the battery. Then,I had to have it towed last week because the car wouldn’t start. Now, Hyundai of North Charleston is saying that the engine ceased due to a drain plug being improperly installed by whoever worked on it last. Well, guess who worked on it last? I emailed the manager last week and I have yet to receive a loaner or a simple response.

Frankly would not recommend. Not a comment on the front office, they were all really great. But was told to pick up my car after collision repair because everything was finished up. Then got in my car and the door panel was installed incorrectly and I couldn't adjust my mirror. They redid it while I waited. Then dove off the lot and instantly my all my engine lights come on, my engine is misfiring, and the car won't accelerate normally. Was told there were no codes on the car, couldn't be anything important and if it keeps happening to take it somewhere else. Then once I get home, go out side and find my tire completely flat the next day. Just seems like a real lack of detail. Even if somehow this stuff ends up being a coincidence and not relating to my accident, I really feel like it should not have totally escaped their notice. It makes me a little uneasy with the thoroughness of their work. I did really like the staff who worked there, and hopefully this was a one-off with my car. But just felt like I had to leave an honest review for others out there to take a close look at your vehicle afterwards if you end up taking it to crews collision.Service: Body & Trim

DONT DESERVE 1 STAR.I Purchaaed my traverse in March 2022 and 3 weeks later was rear ended at a stop sign. I thought the dealership would be the best option for repairs & Crews chevy Collision provided an estimate for a 14hr simple repair of the back end. Crews had my vehicle from may until today 9/21 for a quoted 14hr repair from a rear end accident. As of July they began paying for the rental bc their shop had negligently caused additional damages to include all of the molding , glass, luggage rack, mirrors, radio and service error . They called 4 x and stated the vehicle was ready. Only to determine the items were still not repaired and additional damaged items were added each time . Today I picked up the vehicle because I was assured they made all of the repairs . They did not. The original repairs they were contracted and PAID for are not complete, not acceptable. When they were unable to get the new back lift gate to fit they took apart my vehicle (damaging all of the molding & put back together incorrectly with pieces visibly hanging off /not secure. Many "used/salvage" materials for the repair they were paid to do & it looks terrible. They have added at least 6k additional damages to my vehicle due to their lack of qualified repairers in the shop (their words). I will now have to go elsewhere to have proper repairs made and recoup costs somehow after wasting 5 months allowing them to "make this right" as they consistently requested. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE - THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF MAKING REPAIRS PROPERLY & HAVE ZERO QUALITY CONTROL WITH WHAT IS DONE.
