I purchased a 2024 Colorado with a known deficiency. The salesman said he would have it looked at next day since it was late in the evening when we finished, was also told on numerous occasions he would have it detailed since that also never occurred after the purchase. After the initial week of trying to get a service scheduled through my salesman I did it myself. Finally 3 weeks later I have a functioning Colorado but never received the detailing service. It's not that I'm upset my the lack of detailing, but the promise that was never upheld. It leaves the impression that the sale was all the matters. I cannot say without lieing I would recommend this dealership. I am actively pursuing a different Chevrolet dealership a little further from my home for any future issues I may have.

This is an update to my experience with this dealership. I have had a run around with my paperwork from the transfer of my tags to now learn that they did not put warranty on my vehicle as we discussed in the office. I will file a claim with Better Business Bureau this has been the worst part of this deal. I’m very disappointed with Crew.
I had a great time working with Isaiah. He was very professional give me options to look at based on my desire. The great thing was that he was not aggressive but listened to me for what I wanted. That was very important. I wasn’t looking to buy a new vehicle but had to and he understood my frustration at the moment and worked with me. If you need a salesman go see Isaiah he’s a great guy to work with on your next but!!!

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change at 10:30am. I didn’t leave out until almost 1:30 pm. That’s way to long just for an oil change with a scheduled appointment

I've been a Chevrolet sales consultant for over 18 years in Northeast Louisiana. My son is stationed in Charleston. When his car broke down in SC, naturally I wanted to help. I got him approved on a vehicle that I had here in Louisiana. The only problem was getting it to him. I called Crews Chevrolet in North Charleston to see if it would be better for him to purchase there instead of taking the risk of driving his old vehicle any longer than necessary while waiting for me to get there with the new one.
I was connected with Kevin and my sales experience was absolutely amazing. He bent over backwards to put my mama heart at ease and he took excellent care of my son. I would have loved nothing more than to sell him his first new vehicle, but Kevin and the staff were the next best thing. I appreciate ya'll so much more than I can express. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU.

It was a wonderful experience. The entire process was painless, from meeting our sales representative to going through the whole process. Everyone was friendly and treated us with the utmost respect. I recommend anyone go here to buy their next vehicle or even get their car serviced. The service department is an excellent group of folks as well. I take my wife's vehicle here to get it serviced and plan on bringing mine here from now on.

It was great . Every one is so friendly and help ful .. especially Jordon and Suzie ... The heated steering wheel retrofit I had replaced on Friday was slightly off center . I took it back the next morning and they had it adjusted in no time flat .. this the 3rd retro fit I've had done at crews Chevrolet and they have all been taken care of With great friendly professional servce

My husband bought a new 2024 Chevy Traverse z71 for me from a sales rep named Billy a little over a week ago and had a great experience! Unfortunately, we had to bring it in for repair on Wednesday August 14th. First they took it back, looked at it and then told my husband it was fixed and he was good to go. Only to leave and immediately find that the issue was still present. He brought it back in right after pulling out just for them to tell him they would keep it and take a deeper look into the issue and provide an enterprise vehicle for him. Then proceeded to tell him everything was good to go, dropped him off at the closest enterprise just for them to tell him they had no reservations for him or any rentals available! He then called the dealership back to inform them and they picked him back up and gave him one off the lot. Now on Friday August 16th they call to inform us that it was ready for pickup. Once we got our keys and were switching over our belongings I noticed that the car smelled sweet just to open my passenger door and find some sort of donut crumbs on my floor. Mind you, I haven’t had my vehicle more than a week and a half and I haven’t eaten in it or ever planned to. I find this disrespectful and unprofessional! And on top of that my vehicles issue isn’t resolved.
