This is the poorest of the poorest hotels I’ve ever been in, in my entire 23 years of being alive!!!! When I came in I just got done doing a 7 hour drive and was o so ready to take a shower but THE SHOWER DOESNT WORK!! So coming out from the bathroom I noticed that the door was still open so I tried to shut it and it wouldn’t close!! When I went to look at the door I noticed it was broke!!! Omg omg, this is just terrible then I noticed a wet paint sign so basically they just put me in a room that they knew they were still fixing just to be greedy and get more money! All of the hotels are sold out in this area so it looks like I’ll have to wash my body in the sink this is disgusting!! Negative 3,466 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless you like taking bird baths in sinks

Terrible Front Desk Staff and Management. Husband Stayed there for a 3 day weekend with our kids, March 20 -23 2024. On check-in he notified front desk that he had a service dog with him. He watched the front desk clerk write down the room number and note of service dog for next days crew. Did not hear ANYTHING from staff about the service dog during visit. Checked out on 3-23 paid room charge ($397.00). On 3-26 the hotel charged my credit card an additional $250.00. Didn't see the charge until the next card cycle. Called hotel. Front Desk female stated "the fee was a pet fee". Informed her that it was a service animal and illegal to charge a fee. The female then changed her statement that it was a excessive cleaning charge and they weren't told that it was a service dog. Asked to speak to manager, the lady on phone claimed to be the manager and remembered my husband checking in and said he didn't claim it was a service dog. Front desk lady also claimed to be the manager. Husband called, told that the managers name was Adam. Hotel refuses to reimburse the fee. Corporate headquarters for CHOICE HOTELS refuses to get involved because it is a franchise hotel and not their problem. Also, during entire stay there was NO cleaning service or replacement of towels, or emptying trash bins. Other guests would throw all their trash into the hallway (not in bags) making guests walk through trash throughout the day when coming in or out. Manager Refuses to return calls or answer calls, voice mailbox full and can't leave a message. Bottom line: This franchise is a scam and run by liars and THIEFS. DON"T STAY THERE

This hotel was the best the staff were so nice the rooms are clean and have comfortable beds the hotels have hot water. This is the best hotel but check out is at 10am so that's kind of a downside

Upon arrival we thankfully ran into other guests leaving actively stating “do NOT stay here. There are bed bugs”. They then proceeded to show us pictures. As we cancelled our reservation in our parked car we saw guests leave with bags of their clothes in trash bags furious that they had been infected due to the negligence of the lobby staff being very deceitful and not stating the truth even with new guests checking in. This is not a new found problem due to the size of the bugs. Do NOT stay here.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! We were so excited to celebrate my sister and our stay was the lowest, absolute worst of the trip. Everyday there was something new. We checked in Friday and when we got settled, we noticed that the sheets on one of the beds were stained. We called and asked for new sheets, and after waiting we went down to get them ourselves, which we still had to wait for. Saturday morning, we called to request that our room be cleaned. According to the sticker in the bathroom, we needed to call before 11am. Well on the call, we learned that we needed to call before 9am. When we got back from our day, we spoke with the representative at the desk, Darren, and he put in the request for our room to be cleaned the next morning. Darren was very helpful by the way! Can you believe we were gone all day and returned to our room around 8pm and it was the same way we left it that morning?! It gets better!! We were advised to speak with the Manager on Duty, Meka, when we checked out on Monday. Meka is the worst manager I’ve ever encountered! She didn’t empathize or apologize. She had an excuse for everything, went to the back and came out with a new policy as though we gave her new information. Just terrible! There is a Tru by Hilton and Hyatt right across and on the same street. Stay there! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Can’t take a picture of the smell…
Rusted bathroom walls and tub. The shower doesn’t work. The bath spout, hand held spout and shower spout all go at the same time. Can’t change the water temp.
I waited to post the review until I had breakfast. At 8:23 on a Sunday they were out of coffee, empty hot plate trays. They had waffle mix and a few other items.
I’ll get breakfast somewhere else. Won’t stay here agin.

Wow where to start!!! We didn’t have water for the day because a pipe burst. Then we come back at 9:30PM to get stuck in the elevator. A fire crew had to come get us out. Then, I went to the front desk to ask if we could get the room taken care of for the night. Not soon later the front desk clerk Darren who said “it’s not my problem you were stuck in the elevator” called the cops on us and had us kicked out at 11:30PM. We were on a friends and family stay with Choice Hotels and this is how we were treated. This is not made up. You cannot make this up. You can stay at this Choice Hotel at your own risk…

Im so thankful for Ronald, he was so helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was hot and the kitchen area was stocked and clean. I just want to say we appreciate you Ronald and thanks for taking care of us.5 stars for Ronald ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I could spend hours typing about my 20 minute experience but I’ll sum it up quickly.
HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE
DISGUSTING ROOM
DISGUSTING MANAGER ON DUTY
DISGUSTING ATMOSPHERE
HORRIBLE SMELL
RAISED RATES ON ME AND OTHERS IN LINE
LYING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS
Walked in, black lady with red hair was holding a toddler on her side and assisting customers. The toddler was make noises then she would make noises. My rate was raised upon checking in, and after checking out the room, we walked back to front desk and checked out. You can judge for yourself by looking at the pics. I have no idea what the stains were on the couch but I have my suspensions and there was a blood stain on one of the pillows. Other pillows had hair on them. Bedspreads were wrinkled beyond belief and the place was absolute filth. I’ve stayed in worse places but keep in mind, this was $320 after fees. We left and went to a far better hotel only 15 minutes away and half the price. Trust me, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CESSPOOL OF A HOTEL.

I called asking about my refund and the front desk manager refused to let me speak to the GM. She said he was still in meetings but she said he would not issue me a refund. After trying to explain the situation further, she hung up on me. I called back about 20 times (as seen in photos) (they simply refused to answer) and they finally answered the phone. She heard me out and still told me no on the refund. She said we had slept in the beds and threw pillows on the floor. The lies just never stop with these people. So now I’m filing a dispute with Apple to get my money back. This place is a joke. NEVER, EVER BOOK THIS PLACE. YOU’LL LIVE TO REGRET IT, I PROMISE YOU THAT. RUN, RUN, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I arrived at the location around 11pm after a 5hr drive to check in First Lady was nice i believe she had pink hair. When i went to my room to get settled in, I done a walk-through and noticed there were hairs on the bed and pillow. So I walked downstairs to let another lady know that’s what I seen and I recorded a video to show her. So she gave me sheets to change the bed covers myself. When I go back upstairs to the sofa pull out section I noticed there was a pee smell and a huge stain so then I went back downstairs to notify her of that and she didn’t say anything. The bathroom light above the shower was flickering ( i have video as well). I decided to contact the agency I booked through due to the inconvenience and go to a different hotel a hour later. I nicely went back downstairs and handed this other lady my keys as she was coming back into the hotel because she was outside on her phone. the lady stated I need to reach out to my booking agency. I requested a refund because I did not stay there. I went to another hotel that same night. I contacted the booking agency, after placing my complaint the day of my arrival/departure they stated that the property said nothing was wrong with the room and I could have came downstairs to let them know, in which I did. So I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau alongside this review because people have to pay for these room so they should be equipped for whoever is coming in next.

Buyer beware! I reserved a room on Friday 3/29, making the absolute wrong choice. Comfort Suites had always been a win, so I chose to prepay getting the best rate. Nope not this time! We got there around 9pm, walking through the door the hotel experienced a momentary electrical outage. The young lady at the front desk was overwhelmed and unable to bring their computers back on line. I tried to help her even calling their tech support on my phone. Tech support could see they were offline and did advise they would not be back online. I handed the desk clerk my phone so he could explain the problem. The desk clerk then announced she would not be able to check anyone in. We left and stayed at a neighboring hotel who also had some issues but did get us in a room. Comfort Suites refuses to cancel or refund the room since I prepaid despite not honoring my reservation. I’ve spoke to 9 people and each one says no they will not refund the room charge. Michelle at the front desk said, “No, your rate was non-refundable, and it was not their fault that they experienced an outage so no refund” WOW, you don’t honor a reservation and you bilk a senior customer out of $164.74!! Way to go Comfort Suites!!! NOT
